My sales rep Chad was very knowledgeable & patient with me for my service needs. He knew we had an early April trip planned & did everything he could to get us in & serviced quickly so we could be ready for our trip & they met that timeline. GRV rewired my brakes, ran a multi-point inspection & did a host of tasks that were either beyond my skill set or that I just didn't have the time for.
He worked with me honestly on understanding what was most needed VS what could either wait or I could do myself. I ceratinly pushed on asking what could wait or I could do DIY, but he did not presure me on those kinds of issues.
I feel a sense of trust that would make me comfortable returning in the future.
Also, a tech talked w/ me & showed me in depth pictures he took of roof cracks I would need to address. When I got home it took me maybe 30 minutes to seal those up & part of a tube of dicor lap sealant. My roof was sealed up by me for less than $20. Chad was forthright when I asked how much it would have cost me in labor time for GRV to seal the roof & that this solve would be an easy task for me to save $.
Also, although a small thing, I bought a tube of that dicor lap sealant that I had previously purchased on Amazon & General RV's off-the-shelf price was actually better than Amazon's by a little over a dollar. You don't see shelf prices better than Amazon very frequently! That left a great impression.

I want to personally thank Danny in warranty and service and Jason in the lanes and Kayla in warranty and service and the Ashland, VA center . We came in to have our vent cover replaced and have our black tank flushed. Everything went very smooth and Danny kept us very in the know with what was going on, and Jason was able to get the vent cover replaced quickly. The next day we packed up to leave and head home and hit a curb at a truck stop, Danny and Kayla were able to get us scheduled back in and have our jack mount rewelded back on with same day service!
