I recently purchased an RV, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and my salesperson made me feel like a true VIP throughout the process. The finance representative was just as great—transparent, helpful, and made everything easy to understand.

Everyone in the store was welcoming and went out of their way to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. The walkthrough technician who showed me the RV was fantastic as well—patient, thorough, and clearly cared about making sure I knew how everything worked.

Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an RV!

Sales department was excellent. However, the service department was very lacking. I don’t believe they attempted to fix any of the pre delivery items that were listed in the 3 days that they had between sale and delivery. None of the items had been addressed when I arrived for pickup and I had to spend probably an extra 3 or 4 hours there while they did take care of them. Even after they did “fix” one of the issues, it was not fixed correctly. So while I would gladly recommend the sales department, I hope I never have to use the service department.

I liked how quick my warranty work was completed same day 🙂

Every employee is very nice and knowledgeable. Every time we go to General Rv we are treated great. The service department has the best mechanics that take pride in what they do. You feel safe in your Rv when you leave. A special shout out to Andrew Currier in service and Mike Chobak sales manager they are excellent. I’ve been coming here for 8 years with my rv’s and this team at Huntley General Rv are the best!

Everybody seemed to be organized, and there was a lady that walked us through the trailer and explained all the functions and was very patient and knowledgeable.

Everything the showman was wonderful and our trailer was delivered in great shape it was a great experience.

After fixing our camper the service tech came out and and showed us pictures of what had happened to our heater and explained it all to us ! We highly recommend General Rv to everyone!!

The service manager Cord, was very professional, responsive and helpful with all our needs. There were a few issues with service in the beginning, but he had everything fixed in 2 days and we couldn't be more happier with our experience.

You don’t always get quality service after making a big RV purchase but I can say General RV Clarkston hits the mark.

There was many things I liked about General RV and we are happy we bought our Travel Trailer from them however the experience of going over the new trailer was quite a let down and lack of much needed information and support. Otherwise the General RV team was extremely helpful.
