I am a first time RV buyer and was at the RV show in Cleveland IX Center. My friend and I met TJ and he talked us through the various class C motorhomes. He did a very good job and I settled on the four wins 28Z. After I met with TJ I met with Todd in finance and he was very professional and did a great job and then had a phone call from Matthew with Insurance and I eventually went with progressive through Matthew yesterday my son and I did our walk-through and signed the final papers. Christina led the walk-through and did a very nice job obviously as a first time RV buyer it’s still a little overwhelming. There were a few things wrong with the coach and general is working on those. I was a little disappointed that the vehicle brand new RV had 498 miles on it. I do understand that it had to be driven to general. I just assumed it would be less than that, other than that, I’m very pleased with my experience with general and the team.

Everything was great, rig still needs some tlc but service crew has been great. Would love to hear from service asap

Delivery experience was amazing. Attention to detail was world class!

The people that we worked with were wonderful! They listened to what we were looking for and found us just what we needed. And Gary in finance was fantastic. Doing all of the paperwork can be very stressful, but we felt none of that with Gary. It was a super smooth experience - everyone was friendly and treated us like we were part of the family. Will definitely be recommending General RV to our friends who are currently shopping.

Salesman Charles was honest and upfront about prep fees. Now shock when they were added. Jason in finance worked hard to get us the best deal! The down payment was nonrefundable and should have been disclosed better upfront. The over all experience was great.

Customer service

The staff is great! They are willing to go the extra mile to get you in the rv that is right for you. The staff works hard to get you in your price range that’s right for you.

They seem to try hard to please the customer but they failed in my case.

We liked the friendly atmosphere and felt like we were getting treated better than we expected! The demo of our new RV was great! The finance manager was patient and friendly with us.
