We bought our RV in Boise, but had a mechanical problem and even though we didnāt buy our RV from General RV, they gave us great service. Jordon, the service representative took great care of us, and we were able to get back on the road to timely fashion
I had heard several negative issues about Gen RV from other owners but I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received from Lorie. I have e always gotten in right at the time if my apt and the work has been completed ahead of the scheduled time. She is great.

If you go into this expecting to walk out same day there definitely is some adjustment to process needed.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people and not too high pressured. Very informative during delivery process and making you comfortable with how all works.
I'll be able to make a better assessment of service dept after Oct. 4 when I bring camper in for a couple of small issues, and 1 big issue being found that black tank valve doesn't shut off. Found out on maiden voyage @ dump station when removing drain cap and got my shoes dumped onšµāš«. So at this point I don't think you want to share my experience on line, although name would be ok
