Had a bee hive situation between our refrigerator and the wall. Yellow jackets had gotten in through the refrigerator air vents behind the fridge. We had them exterminated but still needed the nest removed. we weren't sure where the nest was or how much it involved the refrigerator since there are gas lines to it. Your technicians were able to pull the fridge out and remove the entire nest and cleaned everything up completely. We were very happy how it all turned out.
Buying our new Brinkley camper from General RV in Salisbury was a great experience! Our salesman Alan Hansen was great to work with. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. My wife and I never felt pressured and Alan was always there and very responsive to our multiple questions. No matter when we came into the facility we were always met with a friendly greeting and had a pleasant experience. Great place to buy an RV!
There was a lot of bugs with my new Thor RV. Mike Williams always addressed the issue immediately and got me in and out quickly.
I have had to bring my new fifth wheel in for service 6 times in the 7 months we have purchased it from General RV, however the service we get from Kayla Fesperman has been top notch. She is very dedicated to getting the service done and has been very good about sending me updates.
The first job on my awning was repaired quickly once we got the part. They did a good job installing the awning motor. Everything now works fine. Thanks.

Shawn Robey was very helpful in making suggestions on how to address some of the issues I was having with my motorhome. He then got me scheduled promptly and had the repairs done quickly and I was very happy with the work done.

Everyone very informative, cooperative, and willing to work on your budget would definitely rate this business a 10 but due to some repairs that were not completed before delivery so rating at one lower, they are working on trying to solve situation But unfortunately, the unit was delivered before repairs were completed

My Rep Bonnie is always helpful and as an rv'er herself she is very knowledgeable and helpful with my many questions and ideas as a relatively new RV (Had my Travel Trailer just under a year). The Service tech who works at the check in station is always helpful and pleasant, He goes above and beyond to help you. Over all I have had a great experience getting my concerns and my yearly maintenance addressed. We purchased our first Camper at a dealership to ensure we had the support we needed as we began this new chapter and the team at General RV has made it a pleasant and seamless experience. I would recommend the General RV dealership in Dover Fl to anyone but especially to someone starting out with little to no experience as they are very knowledgeable and helpful.
