I alway get greeted with a smile and respect. From the gentleman who inspects your RV when you arrive to the ladies at the receptionist desk. The service lounge is alway very clean and well maintian by the custodial staff. My service advisor Erica Ellison keeps me informed on the status of my RV as well as addressing any issue that I may have reference the RV maintenance.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We drove 3 hours to buy a used unit and had a great experience. From the receptionist, delivery coordinator (Rebecca), salesperson (Dave), finance manager (Rodd), technician working on our unit, and the sales manager we had a great time! We loved everyone there and couldn’t recommend them more!
Nick from service is respectful and he keeps you informed and helps out anyway he can and don’t seem like he would BS anyone while others have no problem leading and pushing the BS need more people like this
