The entire staff was great. Ed was a wonderful sales guy to work with - showed me units I was interested in - made the transition very smooth. Gary the sales delivery specialist was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with the camper. Jessica in finance was very helpful making sure I was comfortable with financing and F&I products. Top notch team!!
Every interaction is handled professionally. I like your Keep you Camping policy and have used it once already. Nick Williams, my service advisor, is beyond outstanding. He stays on top of things when my camper van is in for work and provides frequent updates. I believe to have a great RV experience and ownership you need to be working with a great company. Love the selection of RV’s. Ivan was wonderful, he listened to our requests and we bought the first one he showed us. I would deal with him every time. We feel that Steve was a true salesman, was not impressed. His choice of words would turn me off of any RV purchase. I.E. something always goes wrong, you always have problems. It seemed like he was the “closer” and it came across as if the lack of cornerstone sale hinders a commission. We might be women, but we are not stupid. Ashley and Stephanie were great. Joe was very helpful. By the way, my email is wrong. It is Email address removed only one “h”. The front desk staff were so nice.
In the past you stood by your products with the keep you camping. However this time we're very disappointed in the way we were treated and the condition of the brand new camper that we bought. We both been very upset and totally discouraged by the way this has been handled

Service department was amazing from Kathi at the front desk to my service advisor Ashley Lyon who explained everything to me as well as some of the operating procedures of my RV. She was a delight to work with and what a professional.
Parts department Sandy Mitchell also was a huge help with looking up my refrigerator and explaining the operating system to me.
