they we're very helpful. The slide in my RV was stuck and they took care of. It was real reasonable and checked the motorhome found that I needed some caulking. They took care of that and they topped off my propane for me.

Having a project manager that takes all the information and gives it to you in a way you can understand. It’s nice having a one point contact without having to track a whole bunch of people down.

Keith, our salesman was/is a super guy! Very professional and personable at the same time. He will always have your back and go to bat on your behalf!
We are starting to have our concerns about the service department however. Our contact there is Shannon. We took our 2018 HR in under the KYC program with several issues. We went through the list of our issues carefully with her and left for while the work was being taken care of. We received a call with “good news” our inverter was not bad, and the batteries were fully charged. We asked did you run the generator when checking it and the answer was yes. We asked to hook up to shore power. We did so and the inverter went nuts, indicating that the inverter was indeed bad. They wound up taking it out of the circuit and we are waiting on a replacement. 5 hours later we were back at our campsite. If they had just taken that final step of hooking to shore power before calling us with the “good news” it would have saved a lot of time.
