What a great experience! We were greeted and provided an itinerary by the delivery process manager for the walk through. The agent provided a very detailed explanation of all the features of the RV, taking what every time needed for question. We wee introduce to parts and service staff. Financials were thorough and explained. What a great staff! Our fourth RV from Brownstown, never disappointed.

Tennille did a great walk thru on the Grand Design, she was very patient with all of my questions, she gave great pointers too. Anita and Kevin provided great directions and were also very helpful. Michelle Adams along with Tennille, jumped in right away and helped make things right when there were a concern. Michelle even brought out some appetizers while I waited for the slide out awning, roof vent covers, TPMS tire pressure monitoring system, and rear and side view cameras installed on the awesome Grand Design 2600. Jon Williams got the financing done quickly and called up the insurance company to get the insurance coverage settled, great job. Chris Cole came by to say hello, and we talked about the weight distribution system. Michelle even gave me a credit on my account for an issue that extended my visit a little bit, Thank you Michelle

Very helpful, manager went above and beyond to help, went out of his way to fix a warranty problem that Winnebago wanted to REJECT ! Thanks! The aisle guy took his time to answer our random questions, since we are new to camping. Kayla listed our concerns and kept us informed.

Service personnel had my part the next day, and stayed in touch to let me know when it arrived. And they made sure it was the right part. Very caring. That I appreciate.
