Service is excellent. If you have a question of your service advisor she/he will go get the technician that is certified to work on the motorhome to answer your questions. Amazingly helpful.
Danny was very knowledgeable, and kind. He explained step by step the process and procedures that would take place. Our process is just beginning but look forward to open and honest communication from all parties. We were welcomed as soon as I walked in. The reception and waiting area was inviting. The people inventory is the center is well stocked. What a nice bag of sweets on our departing!
David McGhee was very professional and helpful. He is a pro! Also, we did the walk around with Ronnie who was also friendly and knowledable.

We left with a better outcome than expected. We brought our new motorhome that required service. They were able to take us early, address our concerns, and even though there was an error obtaining our water sensor, they were able to repair the existing sensor and get us on our way.
My husband and I drove to Ocala , just to look at some toy haulers. Well, Drew did his thing and before we left we had already signed paperwork. Each stage of the process was so professional all the way to the end when these two lovely ladies came and changed our tag from our trade in unit to our brand new toy hauler. I was in the restaurant business for 30 plus years and to have witnessed these young people so polite and again, so professional, is a memory I will cherish forever. I need to give a shout out to DeAndre. Who ever the manager is, keep it up!!!!!
They did what the said they were going to do and when they said. The lines of communication were very good from Brandon to me/customer of each progressive step in the process. My situation involved a third party warranty and was handled by GRV completely.
Brett in service was wonderful to work with. He seem to have a very good understanding of everything we discussed.
