Prompt, professional and courteous.

Everyone was so helpful from the sales staff to the service department. We needed to spend the night to get everything moved from one camper to the other and they set us up with water and electricity making our transformation go that much smoother. Everyone would stop by and check on us asking if we needed anything. General RV was extremely nice to work with.

Service was excellent. But I think the price per hour was to high.

Although this 2025 Coachman Catalina EPIC283 has been in the service dept at General RV about half as long as I’ve owned it, I will have to say Alan in the service dept, is very dedicated to making sure his customers are totally happy. He is very conscientious and goes way above and beyond making sure things are done right. This camper (no fault of Gen RV) has been the absolute WORST purchase of all the five campers I have owned over the years. I will NEVER purchase another Forest River product as long as I live. They are ABSOLUTE JUNK!

They make you feel like a very important customer from start to finish especially with their unit walkthrough.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Tom started us off when we got there showing us around and having the unit we came to look at all ready. Jake was able to answer any mechanical questions I had. Then we moved into Sistos office to finalize the finance paperwork. Aaron was also very helpful at the front desk keeping up moving in the right direction all day.

We would recommend our sales person Mario. He listened to our needs and budget. And never tried to over sell. Ask for him! Our demonstrator Brandon showed all features and how to use them also a great job.Toi closed our loan. Financing had already been arranged. She told us she could beat our loan terms. She got a better rate and lowered our payment. Great team!

General RV provided great pricing for the unit which included excellent customer service, very accommodating with my specific requests and included a very thorough walk through experience prior to leaving their facility ensuring that all of my questions had been answered. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable

Everyone we worked with went above and beyond! They were helpful and answered all our questions. Chelsea was amazing. She came in on her day off to show us the trailer and continually check on us when we came back to pick it up.

I have been to other rv dealerships and General is heads and shoulders better in customer service. Each step was welcoming but not overwhelming. The whole team from sales, financing and service teams were fantastic. Josh was super fun to work with, honest and not a pushy salesman feel you may have grown to expect. Highly recommended

I liked the fact that my sales person PJ was not pushy like some of the other places we went to. I appreciate the fact that he and Jonathan were willing to work with us to find something within our budget. We really like the red carpet service and Justin gave us a thorough walk-through on our new trailer and explained things really well. Weston was very good at explaining all of the details of the paperwork, warranties, etc., and what was available for us. He also was not pushy and helped us to understand everything before We made a decision. I’ve bought several trailers in my life and this was hands down the best buying experience!
