Friendly people. Large selection of rv and alot of people and staff to coordinate with. If you are like waiting they have a very large roomie waiting area with comfy lounge chairs so you can wait for your representative to assist you with your questions and the general has tv and pro shop for you to meander in while you wait on your rv to be serviced . Dont forget the free popcorn as well and coffee.

The entire staff are welcoming and positive. Tia, our sales representative, was especially helpful. She was a good listener, and as a result she showed us only those trailers that would fit our preferences. When we made the final selection, she was very professional in the way she handled the transaction process.

The salesman was great. The person that showed us the inside of the camper after we purchased it was very knowledgeable and understood the camper and explained things to us at our pace! Lastly, the technician that showed us how to hitch up the camper to the truck was fantastic and very, very helpful!

We had a great experience with General RV ,Brian Roy did great , we were really impressed with Stephen the finance manager.

Good sales staff at the beginning of the process, but the deliver process fell short of the mark, people were good mind you but the amount of time was excessive and the service dept communications were not to great we we told 1 hr but its was more like 2 1/2 hours. Other than that part experience was good.

I was always kept informed on the status and time frame of my warranty work.

Alan Azar has always been great at getting things done when I have had a problem with my fifth wheel RV

The large inventory was nice especially for buyers from Ohio who don’t get to see that many campers all at one location. Sales staff “Roxie” was extremely helpful and narrowed down our list just by asking a few simple questions. Great experience overall and if we are ever in the market for another camper we’re starting at General RV in Tampa.
