Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, professional and made sure we were pleased with our purchase. Alex Lucas was in particular was quite helpful in securing our financing and answering our follow up questions. Although Brian Roy was out of town during much of the process he was helpful and knowledgeable during the initial purchase. The sales manager and the service manager we met with on the day we traded our Tiffin were very helpful and without them may not have been able to close the deal. Chuck helped us with our walkthru on the new purchase and was friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer our questions.

I lost an ATS in the Denver area and when the managers in Canton found out I was having trouble getting in for the "Keep You Camping Promise," they addressed it immediately.
Tim, the Service Manager, came by to check on us and worked to expedite our service and get us back on the road---this was particularly important since my wife was sick and wanted to get home in Virginia.
His handling of our problem still stands out in my mind. I just bought a new RV and checked the Canton lot first before anywhere else. They did not have the vehicle I wanted, but Tim brought my business back to General RV (I found the vehicle at General RV in Ashland).
Outstanding customer service (salesmen (Terriel), delivery coordinator (Lisa), RV walk-thru (Brian), to the receptionist that greeted as at the door) when we purchased and picked up our RV. All employees that were part of our delivery did a fantastic job communicating with us before and during the pick-up process. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends.

All of the staff is helpfull, polite and when it comes to a customer making a decision the staff is not pushy at all. The staff I delt with just waited for me and my wife to decide on when and what to purchase. Overall a very good experience
What is not to like. Everyone is great to work with. Michael Litka in sales is awesome. Todd Dungan In finance is a true asset to the company. They must be doing something right. This is my 4 rv since 2015.

Well just dropped RV off for repairs so far very encouraging service writer very down to earth he also corrected the messed up address for us on the service side & made sure they were correcting everything on the sales management side so we recieve a title & coach net or we bought a expensive yard ornament with no title lol
Family-owned. The product is what we wanted. Mike Scotti is a good salesman; Amy did a good job; Paul did a good walk-through and follow-through on the checklist of items to fix; Erin did a good job with the insurance. However, the sales management and finance process was frustrating. The delivery process went well - Godwin did a good job.

The people were very helpful with any questions I had. What I found to be the best was when I talked to them about going from Atlanta to Michigan . They were very helpful. The information given was helpful and after I made the trip it was all handled and the even helped me get the trailer sent to Atlanta. All I can say is thank you for your help.
Friendly and try to please
My family and I were treated very well. RV’s need repair sometimes, including new ones, it happens. However, we were not just brushed under the rug after our big purchase. The staff did everything they could to ensure we were taken care of, and even made comfortable. The ladies working the front desk made certain my grandchildren had popcorn, and also put on a kids channel on TV. The Sales Rep Mike Sciotti, returned my every call, and was quick to help us with any questions. Sabastian helped us out with getting the financial side of everything done, and he was just as awesome. We are very happy with the service department as well, as they made certain our repairs were cared for as soon as possible. This is my third major purchase through General RV. This company is truly family owned, and they treated us like part of the family.
