Karl in the service department is a top notch person also. He doesn't cut corners, he fixes the problem so it doesn't become a major one! Karl fixes the problem the first time its in for a repair, unlike other locations!

Megan was very thorough and helpful. Those in the shop appear to have been able to make a proper diagnosis and repair. Too bad you never did a follow up survey related to my purchase last spring. While the salesman Casey was helpful, the day of pickup was a disaster. Your business manager, Dan was the most pushy individual imaginable and told lie upon lie. He said if I purchased any of the several add ons I would get Coachnet free. Huge lie. He kept us in the waiting room 30-45 minutes upon arrival while he claims he was working us a better finance option. When I refused the one add on he really wanted me to get (straps on the wheels) he got visibly angry with me. I didn't catch the extra charge until I got home as we had grandchildren with us which distracted us. He took advantage of the situation and kept us all morning while he kept clicking on his computer saying he was finding better options of some sort. I signed off and the deal went through so I know I'm stuck with the extra charge, I'll never deal there and especially with him again! To make matters worse, when I had a problem on my last trip, Coach-Net was useless.
