Javier L, my service writer is exceptional. I’ve had a few service writers in the past and he is the best I’ve had. I will only work with him if you are able to keep him. He listens to me, super respectful and does what he says he will do. He knew I wanted to check out the fixes before heading for home and he tested things out in the morning to ensure my trip to GRV was going to go as planned. The service provided by the technicians was thorough and my issues were resolved and for less cost than I expected. I’ll be back in the spring for roof wash and treatment. Something has changed since I was there 2 years ago, and it is all positive. I watched interactions with team members and customers in my 6.5 hours there and there is a different vibe, and it is positive.

Everyone of the employers in the service department was very helpful and friendly.

We were passing through the area and developed a problem with our towed vehicle turn signals. General RV in Birch Run Michigan got us right in. We were treated very politely and professionally. Our service advisor was very informative and friendly. She let us know up front what the process would be and the pricing structure so we could make informed decisions on how we wished to proceed. The repair was completed quickly and we were able to get back on the road with only a few hour delay. We were very happy with our experience. The facility was clean, well stocked and everyone we encountered while there was friendly and helpful.
