Great sales people and support staff, I called in reference to a used trailer and the salesman took the time to verify that the trailer was there and went out and took additional pictures of the trailer and emailed them to me and called me back so he could answer questions I might have. I made an appointment to look at the trailer and few days later and upon arriving the trailer was pull up into a bay and was plugged in so we could see that everything was in good working condition. Salesman was not pushy and took the time to show us numerous other trailers that were in our price range so we could compare other brands and features which made our decision easier.
The service department has had its ups and downs the new regime has taken good care of my situation and I would like to thank Ken for his excellent service

It was a great experience & I have already recomend general RV. Everyone was very nice & very helpful. I just wish we were told to install the 5th wheel hitch in my truck was an ALL day thing instead we were told to expect to be there like 6 hours.
Great folks to work with. Friendly and helpful. We're obviously beginners to RV life, but they didn't make us feel stupid or put down. They patiently answered our questions and took our concerns seriously.
