I would recommend GENERAL RV in HuntleyIl. and already have Zach Peter in your service department is outstanding. This man needs a raise. He has been the face of your company and has gone above and beyond what anybody could’ve expected. My service experience was second to none.
Matt the lead service tech performed all of the maintenance and repairs on my Brinkley explained everything in detail to me so I understood.

Everything ran smoothly, without issue, from Internet search to contact with Bill Loesel in the Corporate Office to finalization of deal with Chris Coleman to signing paperwork in Ashland Va, to Brian’s on site inspection, Operating and Maintenance and Q and A walk thru to the 130 mile trip home towing my 2022 Like New 29’ Forest River Salem Cruise Lite Travel Trailer. Rarely has such a major transaction gone as well as this one, from promises made to promises kept. Every person at General Rv was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable in their job. I would highly recommend them for anyone who seeks to purchase an RV. They will not be disappointed. As an Army Ex Paratrooper Combat Vet, I also Greatly Appreciated their efforts to accommodate my mobility needs while at their Ashland Va Dealership. First Class!

Took RV in for warranty issues and added a couple none warranty fixes. Good communication with service staff and all taken care of in reasonable time frame. Happy with everything.
