2017 Entegra Anthem - Friendly staff, technicians came out and talk to me about possible electrical problems. They explained that the coach was working correctly. First RV and 2 yrs new to RV so great to know that you have a service center with experience technicians you can depend on.
My service advisor Brandon, Jeremy and most of all Ian the service tech. These three men are the reason I keep returning for service by driving from Long Island to General RV in Pennsylvania.

Service team is very helpful. Called for an issue while on the road, part needed to be ordered and we were only going to be home for about 10 days. They ordered the part so it was there when we got home and was able to get the repair done a couple of days after we arrived home. Work was completed and able to take my RV home to get it repacked for the next trip.
The staff were very knowledgeable in their fields of responsibility and friendly and professional at all times. The results were a smooth sales experience and two very happy customers.
