I have had not a great experience with a brand new Thor challenger 37ds. And Angel has showed me that the dealer (General RV) actually cares about customers instead of selling a unit. Justin the general manager is great at explaining and putting his best foot forward to provide a good experience and hope he gets my rv fixed.

John Farley was a great salesman and when stuff didn't go right he answered his phone and cared to try to help get our first weekend with a new motorcoach the best as possible.
All and all I am hoping service gets my new motorcoach fixed and working properly for my family future adventures and General RV stays in good standings with a dedicated customer.
Basically nothing. Bought RV in April. Discovered some minor issues. Couldn’t get into shop until August. You documented my issues and had RV for 4 weeks. Absolutely nothing was done pushing blame on Thor saying they hadn’t approved anything yet. I picked up unit so I could use. Fixing problems myself. Awning pulling away from unit. Everyone out there knows it needed longer lag bolts and I replaced them. Exhaust pipe up against outside wall. I adjusted that. I could see daylight thru bottom of door. Again I filled with insulation. Inside tire extension tube was bad. Unit was driven from manufacturer to Ashland Va and then to my house we a FLAT tire! 1000 miles on a FLAT tire. Extension tube and faulty kitchen faucet were ordered. Thor says they were received in your shop on 9-26-2022. Let’s see how long it takes for me to get notified parts are in. Oh. We camped across the road for your store to see if there were any problems. Hot and cold reversed on kitchen sink and sink leaking underneath. Ran over to get looked at before heading home. You couldn’t get us in shop REALLY!
Danny Thomas was an excellent representative to get my trailer taken care of in a great prompt time.
Michael in sales and Lindsay in finance were the best. Always there to answer any question.
Woman who did my walk thru could have know alittle more about my trailer but she was very nice and did install the screen I bought to cover the furnace vent.

The staff there was very communicative and knowledgeable. They made the service visit seamless and I will absolutely return. Totally different environment than where I bought (General RV Wixom) and have serviced my trailer the past.
The sales staff really listened to what to what we were saying and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Did not try to sell us out of our price range and was not pressured into an impulse purchase. As in any company your employees are your most important assets and it shows that you care about your team. Congratulations on a job well done General RV.

Very people friendly work very hard to help out their customers if possible they get the best rates they can for their customer. They were card and they worked fast. We were very happy though it was storming they worked hard to get us on our way. Is very happy with our 5th wheel. I would go back a 100 times over And tell my friends.

This was my first visit there. I had a sudden death in my family and immediately needed a dewinterization, I was not able to do it and needed to travel to Mississippi in two days and they were nice enough to dewinterize it for me in less than an hour. I am so grateful and thankful for their services.

All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I were very pleased with how professional and at ease the sales, financing and service personnel had set us. Would still like a call on the WI-FI issue I’m having though.
Always taken care of. I know things aren't perfect. But when they break, you guys have been on top best you can.
