The service was excellent on repairing my driver side mirror. They even submitted it to insurance and payment.
Easy financing, great salesperson, informative and helpful for picking out and learning on our first rv.
There were problems with the rig when I picked it up, but when I brought it back to the dealership the following Monday, the technician was able to repair almost everything, and ordered the part he did not have.
The walk through the day I picked up the Thor Gemini 24JG was not as thorough as it should have been. I felt like the guy doing it was not completely familiar with my unit, and he also missed a number of things.

My sales person Dan Broat is the best. He put together a sweet deal for my wife and I now we're in a diesel pusher we never thought we'd be in. Jessica in finance and bill with the final walk through before delivery was awesome.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Devon, the service manager. He knows how to do customer service the right way. He called me personally after hearing about some of my frustrations to get a better understanding of what I had been dealing with. He reviewed my situation, followed up with me, got me into a service bay and fixed my problem. He moved heaven and earth to make me a happy customer again…the same day we spoke! General RV needs more people like Devon. I’m very happy with my experience with Devon.

PJ was my service guy. Excellent job. Everyone there was very friendly. Will definitely tell anybody who wants a new camper. I appreciate that they make sure everything is perfect when you take delivery.
I liked the process for getting an appoinment and then the service coordinator was thorough in checking me about the repair issues I had. The work diagnosis to the lp system was finished with the regulator changeout and all applisnces using LP tested in less than 2 bilkable hours. Goid work.

So this is our very first travel trailer and we had an awesome experience all around. Martin was our salesman and he was super helpful, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pushy. I actually originally picked out one trailer and changed my mind the next day after realizing it wasn’t the one I really wanted. I reached out to Martin and he had no problem making the switch—no pressure, no guilt, just understanding and great customer service. That meant a lot.
Samantha did our walk-around and she was fantastic—super friendly and really took the time to go over everything with us, answering all our questions.
Victor did our finances, he was also very helpful and informative answered all of our questions

I’ve always had a good experience with Independence RV. There were a few communication hiccups on my last visit, but I can see the service manager is going the extra mile to clear things up. I trust Tom and his team will get it all sorted. I appreciate their dedication to customer service and look forward to keeping our solid relationship going.
