Service staff is excellent. Olivia took care of my recall and worked with repairman Justin to make sure I was completely satisfied. Justin provided feedback to me personally, with pictures to show that I also had a coach battery issue. The batteries were replaced. They were expensive, but I didn’t mind the expense knowing a future potential issue was avoided. The previous service person I worked with, Baylee Ogg was also excellent. I appreciate this staff.
The people were pleasant and all well informed. Professional. No hype, Service could not have been better and they did what they said they would do very timely!!
I asked Tina in Parts to look for a couple items needed for my TT. She responded quickly with items, prices, and when I could expect to have them in. When I visited service, she acknowledged me right away and was extremely pleasant. Thank you.

The sales person Patrick was helpful and took a golf cart ride to look for the TV trailer. We found it perfectly.

Rich was a pleasure to work with at General RV. I happen to message him on a camper and we were in communication All Friday night going over what I was looking for and my trade in.
He got to the office early AM Saturday worked out the numbers and I drove from NY to PA in 14 hours of first contact.

We hesitated to shop at General RV again because previous experience was less than satisfactory. But on a whim we decided to stop in. We were looking for a used class C motor home. The reception staff was very pleasant and while we were waiting for a sales associate the sales manager walked up and introduced himself with handshakes, hugs, and a big OH since my husband was wearing an Ohio State hat. Our associate Dan was pleasant, informative and went above and beyond our expectations. He and Marty, the business manager, were very patient even though our purchase process extended well beyond their closing time on a Sunday afternoon. Time will tell if the Service Department is easier to deal with than our past experience. Overall the “new” General RV staff is excellent and very pleasant to work with.
GR is a great place to look for a RV. Huge inventory. Great people to work with. Very nice place to shop.

This is the Google review I posted a week ago: So this happened to us today, 10 minutes after passing the General RV center in Huntley, IL while on our way back home to NJ from South Dakota. Ran over a large piece of rubber and destroyed our Grey tank plumbing. Circled back around to this General RV and it was the best decision EVER!! Everyone was an absolute GODSEND! The Service Department came right out, looked at our rig, assured us they had all the parts to repair the break and that they would get us back on the road as soon as possible! Less than $200 and less than 2 hours later, we were back on the road! WONDERFUL SERVICE, REASONABLE RATES!!! WE CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!! Not to bad mouth other places, but if this was a C@mping W0rLd, there's no way we would have trusted that we would receive the same service and definitely not the same price! This General RV location treated us like valued customers even before they realized we bought our Motorhome at a General RV dealer in another state! Thank you again guys! You saved us big time!
