Once we got our appointment scheduled the service staff was was courteous and communicative. I especially appreciated our technician Ian who installed our blue ox flat towing system,and spent the time with us with the tutorial on how to install and disconnect that he was very professional, and concerned about our questions and concerns.

Every time I brought my RV into general RV they’ve always been very upfront with me about pricing and time, unlike some other RV dealers who would promise me a delivery of this date, and then always change it. I also like the fact that the service department has worked very hard with my appraisals. On some storm damage I had done to my RV they’ve gone above, and beyond what most dealerships would do.

We've been General RV customers for the last 6+ years. We brought our 2019 Windsport in for a front right tire blowout accident/repair which took place back in July 2023. (We took it to another repair shop initially, that was a huge mistake, that I'm still kicking myself.). We brought the unit to General RV in late Oct 2023 after the other shop held the unit for 12 weeks without doing anything to the vehicle. Shaun, handled the insurance claim with Geico and supervised the repairs. He did an outstanding job and I can't say enough great things about him and his work ethic. Michelle had been our repair representative for the past 5+ years and she always did a great job also. You have a real gem with Shaun and Michelle Roby. They both have treated us great over the past 4 years. Keep up the great work!!!

Kept me camping

We like that they got us in when they said they would. We like the ability to stay in the lot over night since we travel so far to get to tge dealership. We understand it'd first come first serve. Everyone is polite and seem to like their jobs. The facility is very clean and neat , makes a customer comfortable that the repair area is also clean and neat.

Great service there. I found the solar panel controller. Just need to keep the battery switch on for it to charger.
