Communication was excellent. Check in and check out was very easy and super convenient with being able to pull inside. They did a very professional repair on what I thought would be a tough thing to fix. The price was appropriate. Our Thor hurricane was there over the blizzard of 2024.. We had to wait for the snow to let up a little bit and they brought it inside the night before we picked it up to thaw it out.

We bought our motorhome there new a few years ago and they did all the warranty work, and that all went really smooth.

What do you like about our experience?

This is my second travel trailer from general RV and we always have good people helping us with our concerns and services. We just bought our Grand Design Imagine during this horrible winter freezing storm. Because of this we could not pull out our trade in RV trailer from our Storage Company because of snow on roof and lot filled with snow and ice. General RV is understanding and will hold our new rv until weather improves which might be a couple of weeks. We went to the RV Show in Schaumburg and we did not like the other RV dealers. We have always been loyal customers and if any problems have occurred you always treat us with respect and kindness and professionalism. Thank you all.

The people. Beth, Brian, Joey, and Cheyanne were all courteous and professional and knowledgeable in their trade. Beth especially was very helpful it was Beth that showed me my coach, explained the operations, and took notes of thev3 small items we discovered that needed attention. The "team" also made me feel comfortable and important.

The whole process was very attentive. From sales rep George and Jared to our delivery people George and Maria they all treated us very well. We were becoming a pain and they were still very nice. The technician (I think was Tom) was very good and took care of a lot of the issues

Everybody was friendly and helpful.Darrel was a great salesman.He really listened to what we wanted.Only showed us RV that matched what we asked for.Only needed to see about 5 RV before we found the one we love.Chuck the financial manager was great and funny.

When we picked up our camper we had an amazing walk through and were assured that our used camper was in excellent condition. Michelle S was very helpful and personable. Even when the rest of the location closed, she stayed after to help us. She was very kind and answered all of our questions.
