I was impressed by Scott Kittle, with whom I was able to quickly negotiate an attractive cash price, as well as by Caroline Guest, who documented the transaction and scheduled the closing. My wife and I were partucularly impressed by Jim, who gave us a thorough tour of the unit prior to closing. The only thing I despised about the transaction was the hard warranty extras sales push. No thanks 1 time should be all I had to say. Period.

Chris and Brandon helped save us a wasted trip from Arcadia! We are living in a small trailer we bought to stay in while our hurricane ruined home in Punta Gorda is repaired. We discovered the little theater seating that came with the trailer hurt our backs. We visited a rival rv enter in Tampa last week where we identified what we thought we wanted. We had limited time to get this done as my husband was flying back to work! After we measured.. we called them with what we wanted. They assured us it was in stock. We drove two hours only to find it was not in stock! So I called you guys and Brandon went into your stockroom to be sure for us! It was worth another 1.5 Hour drive . It was stacked up ready for us when we arrived!! We now have beautiful Thomas Payne seating that my husband could install before he went back to work!! My back is so happy!!

Honest quick service

They were helpful on the phone when called. Response back from vm was non existent. But when we finally did contact our service rep, ge was very helpful.

You have great people working there, not really impressed with your finance department but all else has been great.

General RV has proven to be a very welcomed replacement for CW. Wish that we had found it a long time ago. General is now our go-to dealership and we would highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t done so already.

Everything, from contacting the Internet Sales team to the transition to the dealership in Ocala to the purchase and delivery of our camper was incredibly smooth and easier than any other purchase I’ve made of a camper or vehicle.
