My experience was wonderful for the most part. We did have a little confusion on the day we picked it up but the guys tried to make us comfortable and they did try to put a rush on things. We are very satisfied with all. I would recommend this dealership to even my family. We love our camper!

Our experience started off a little rocky after the purchase. Communication wasn’t great at first and there were some misunderstandings about what was supposed to be taken care of after the sale. Honestly, it felt frustrating.

But once a new service provider (Matt) stepped in, everything turned around completely. This gentleman was absolutely outstanding — he listened, kept his word, and made sure our service needs were handled just like we were promised during the purchase. He got our keys, battery bank updated, and generator repaired without a hitch. Smooth, professional, and stress-free.

On the sales side, our salesperson was also excellent from the very beginning. They made the buying process easy and enjoyable, and we always felt taken care of.

What could have been a bad experience turned into a great one, and we’re really grateful for the people who went the extra mile to make sure things were right.

The sales experience was great but so far the service department service seems lacking.

Gage made the whole experience great. Was expecting issues that usually come with dropping a camper off for maintenance but it was a very smooth, painless process. I was very impressed. Gage quoted us a couple hours to get the slide topper on and by the time we got back it was ready to go. Love the fact they do a whole rv check as well. Won't hesitate bringing our camper here for any work we need done.
