Our experience with this dealership began when its name was Independence RV. We have always been treated well, with professionalism, kindness, knowledge. We are pleased with our 2015 Newmar Ventana LE and will probably use our RV until we are no longer able to go camping. If, however, we need a another motorhome, we will return to General RV and will tell our friends about the service we have always received there.

We went of course just to look, and the salesman showed us three of his favorites, which was great because out of those three we picked one we really loved the alliance Delta 274RKW and then the finance director was very personable and professional and knowledgeable, and all the staff was very gracious and smiling Natalie during The time we were there during pick up delivery department Maria was amazing helper bees. They inspected the roof and checked the rv over to make sure it was safe and operable. They did most of the repairs that I asked for.

I communicated via text with my sales person for a few days which was amazing in determining what I was looking for and my budget. Trisha was very receptive and engaged.
I had a problem. The mechanics were able to determine it was an alternator’s gone bad. Sad that RV is only 2 years old, but at least problem found and $2000 later I will be back on the road.
