I was treated like royalty. I was shown three models, test drove one and went home with it the same day. The salesman helped me unload my vehicle into the RV. He placed my Bibles on the couch. I was given a tour of the vehicle and quizzed to make certain I understood.
Just hours before we were set to hit the road to Margaritaville, I was loading up the camper at home and suddenly the main living area AC thermostat went out. In a panic I called Grand Design and they said unfortunately since it’s not a fuse, I’d have to take it into the dealership. I called Justin and told him my dilemma. He said, how soon can you get here. 35 minutes later I was at the dealership and he had a guy on it. Turned out to be a lose wire behind the breaker panel. I was so appreciative. This is my second time coming into the dealer for some minor work but to have somebody like Justin get me in right before Labor Day weekend and get me back on the road in an hour was incredible. Can’t say enough good things!

If only Grand design had not dragged their feet the RV would’ve been out of there two weeks sooner. The service manager, Anthony was extremely helpful!

The service department in Huntley found the leaking issues we had when General RV looked at in Ocala, Florida and found nothing. We appreciate that Huntley found the roof was installed wrong and got it covered by warranty.
