Our most recent purchase, our seventh RV, was our second purchase from General RV so we have had customer experiences in their stores from Michigan, to Illinois to Florida. This time, we would like to thank and recognize Kris Kirkpatrick, our Sales Representative, Terry Doan, our Delivery Specialist, and Faraon Ocampo, our Lead Business Manager for the help in making our purchase an easy and enjoyable process. We want to say we were lucky and got the A-Team but our experiences have been similar in other stores as well. If we ever buy again, General RV will definitely get our business.

Service found and repaired gfci to washer and dryer. Our only issue is the cost, which we think over $1,000 is extremely too much.

I would like to go out of the way to complement the associate that we had Steve. He went out of his way to keep us updated the entire length of the state of our RV, almost like a family member in the hospital. He was very professional, but very relatable and friendly. I very much appreciated him, walking us through every single thing that they done the length of time the RV had been there when I came to pick it up. I was very very impressed and due to his over customer service we will be returning for future repairs.
