This is my fifth RV that I’ve purchased and the first time purchasing with General RV. All other experiences were a nightmare with other businesses.
My new RV had a faulty A/C. I work/travel with my RV & needed it to travel out of state in 2 days after dropping it off. Christopher helped make magic happen & I had a new a/c within 24 hours.

My wife and I went there a little over a year ago just to start thinking about upgrading our travel trailer to a newer version and one that didn't need so much maintenance. We were met by Mike litka at General RV. That one and only visit as we spoke with Mike and he talked to us about the process was very impactful enough to bring us back over a year later. My wife and I had to purchase a annotube for our albatross coyote. That simple purchased at Camping World turned into looking around the lot at used campers and eventually ending up a general rv. As for Mike and he was busy so we went to Kevin. Kevin was very helpful courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the products on the lot. We gave him a price point to which he's stuck by or is no haggling and between himself Mike and Todd the money man we decided to go ahead and make our purchase for a beautiful 2022 Grand Design imagine 2600. It was the best move we ever made. Enough of a move to trade in my 2003 Harley Road King Classic anniversary bike. It was a very easy decision crazy as that sounds but my wife is no longer able to ride on the back of a motorcycle cuz of a medical condition. So we did the next best thing and got something we both could enjoy. You will not be discouraged or disappointed in the sales staff and finance department to which most mistakes are made by dealerships. I can assure you and speak from the heart to tell you that this is about the most honest store I've ever made a purchase of this magnitude before. Do not hesitate if you're feeling the bug and you want to upgrade and or make your first purchase this is the place you want to go, just do it. Keep up the great work staff, you're an amazing group. And one more compliment come after the purchase and before we were able to take it home Sean gave us a walk through and showed us everything about our new camper Amber. So beginning to end it was a great experience.

Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. We did have one problem that when we purchase the RV we ask for a Saturday at 1:30pm for a walk through. They call me and schedule it for 11:30 am and I explain why we can't and the girl who answer the phone was rude and didn't know anything and when she transfer me to a guy he was very rude and said that he had 4 other one at the time that he could not do us than. But i told him we pick that day and time a week proir.

I thought the techs and the demonstrators were very good. I do have one complaint though. The teams seem to be lacking in the technical systems of the coach. I will give you a couple of examples. When leaving they couldn't get my back up camera linked to my phone and after being persistent, they sent a guy out, but the signal was bad in your parking lot, and it never connected. Still today I can't get the camera to connect, and I am yet to get the tire linc to work. These are systems that are important to owners, and I feel like these should be up and working before a new buyer leaves the dealership. The first time we used our new fifth wheel the self-leveling system was 4 inches low in the front. I called into General and was told to call Lippert that they really didn't know what to do. I got a customer service representative on the phone at Lippert and got the system dialed in within 15 minutes. My biggest question is why the system wasn't set up by General prior to delivery. On your first trip out no one wants to deal with that and be stressed. Not to mention what if everywhere was closed. Overall, very happy but seems like there needs to be more training and the new unit shouldn't leave the dealership unless every feature is online.
