We had done our homework prior to coming in. We knew the unit we wanted. We were given plenty of of time to look inside and out. All questions that we had were answered. On the day of pick up, the gentleman went thoroughly through the unit with us, assuring we knew everything about the unit. General RV is the only dealership I will deal Erin from here on out.

It was a great experience from Sales person to delivery coordinator to demo and service tech took his time to show me how to hook up 5th wheel hitch being first timer. The. FI guy Jesse did a great job helping my wife and I to protect our new Rig. The badges and red carpet was awesome did not expect that. We know you have to make a profit but we felt very comfortable in our purchase with you guys. Look forward to winter class and establishing a relationship w service. Staff is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable and didn’t mind helping us figure out the mystery behind our brake issue.

Upon arrival, my rv is gone over to check for any problems. I was then advised of the problem. The problem was taken care of, along with the recall. The other recall has not been taken care of yet due to Winnebago not having a solution. The only thing I would recommend is that the customers advisor come around more often to advise of the progress.
