Brought In a wheel to true up but after inspection it was recommended that I get a wheel due to damage in the hub and to the bearings. Heritage Bikes had a new wheel ready for pick up the same day. Well done!

Unfortunately part of the challenge encountered were due to the pandemic. However, I had a bit of a bad taste left after requesting to cancel my order due to delivery issues. It was resolved, which is appreciated, however that will stick with me when/if I am to refer or repeat business.
Very detailed analysis of the state of my old bike. Sufficient repairs done to get it on the road and/or spinning frame for a few more months while I decide on a new bike.
