Very pleasant friendly, efficient and honest service - it’s what small towns are all about. The new facility is great too, no need to test drive a bike down a busy road, lots of quiet pavement to be had.

I was pleased with everything at this store. Adam the bike technician, called me promptly to let me know what repairs I needed, and the prices involved. I was notified by phone when my bike was ready, and the total price of all the work.
I ended up purchasing a helmet also, when I went to pick up my bike. Julie was knowledgeable in assisting me on trying on and adjusting the helmut, which I bought.
I was given a print out of all the repairs done, and the prices, for my records.
Adam also assisted me in carrying out my bike and putting it in my car. A nice touch for sure!
This kind of professionalism, and customer attention is always a plus.
