Regardless of my economic status, I was respected and appreciated by all staff members in your store. As a comparison, I am ignored in Trek Kingston unless I am planning to spend a minimum of $3K+ on a new bicycle.
Interest
Your staff are interested and keen to support my cycling plans. I wanted a bicycle that fit my cycling plans. I did not need a bicycle that professed to make me an elite racer because it costs lots, offered one more gear or slightly faster shifters, or removed a few grams of weight. Rather, I wanted a bicycle that would allow me to feel like my pedalling effort translated into effective speed and encouraged me to improve my fitness. Your staff steered me towards the models of bicycles that matched my plans.
Above and Beyond
I purchased a bicycle stand and equipment for basic repairs and maintenance. Your staff ushered me into the "shop" and gave personal "how to" instructions on proper stand mounting and tips for correct use of maintenance gear. Moreover, I was offered additional instruction, if desired, on more technical maintenance (e.g., repacking a bottom bracket). Your effort in that regard will ensure I continue to support your store.
Such an amazing bunch of people, very helpful with me purchasing a bike over the phone and even opening up just for me to pick it up since I had to drive from North Bay! Very kind and friendly owners and staff!

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received over the phone. Throughout the whole process, Bridgette was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She took her time to answer all of my questions and to ensure that nothing was overlooked. She remembered me and my inquiry on my second call. I was impressed with the product availability and the prompt attention to my order. First it is a much needed service that has been lacking in Perth for years. The quality of the bike tech is second to none. And my bike was fully restored within a day and a half. The owner operators are very personable with exceptional knowledge. I will be a customer for years to come.

Always a genuine interest in the cycling you’re doing and excellent recommendations for products to think of later on. I have never left Heritage disappointed. Generally, very pleased with service, and speed in meeting my needs.
However, when I made the appointment I described the bike, the conditions where we live, and the need for a ‘mountain’ type tire….that information seemingly didn’t make it into the system as Heritage did not have the type of tire I was seeking. This was a disappointment. Having said that, I was pleased with the professionalism of the support staff.
Promptness and friendliness
I love my Trek Verve e-bike. As a senior, it has given me a return to cycling which I loved to do when younger. It has provided me with wonderful cardiovascular workouts through rural areas. I love seeing wildlife and smelling the flowers on my trips. The staff at Heritage Bikes are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated.
Easy to deal with and wide array of quality bike parts. The service was professional and estimate was accurate. I appreciated that Peter called during the repair of my bike and discussed options for fixing the rear wheel. Highly recommended.
