I purchased a front rack at the Richfield store. It turns out it wasn't entirely compatible with my fork. The Grand Ave store is closest to my house so went to return the rack there. I arrived shortly after the store was closing. Your staff let me in anyway and processed the return after hours. Great customer service. Thanks!

Aaron was very knowledgeable. If you need great information in a bike talk to Aaron or a good salesperson. I had a nice guy try to help me at first but I didn't get the sense he should be used in that capacity. They were very busy at that time though and I am sure they wanted to be helpful the best they could at that time.

The staff are friendly, knowledgable, and approachable. They didn't try to upsell and truly listened to my questions, concerns, and requests. I know they're busy, but they took time to make me feel like I was the only customer at that time - nothing felt rushed. I got my bike back in about five days and it feels like the day I first bought it. It needed a lot of work! I'm happy to say that Freewheel is my hometown bike store. Highly recommend!
