When I was there looking for information on a wiper seal on my front shock of my MTB
the mechanic new exactly what I was talking about and they even had the right seal at the shop!!!!!

In addition to testing a Trek bike, I rode a couple of other brands at other stores, and I truly appreciated Trek's ride much better than the others. The staff at the St Paul store were knowledgeable and very friendly. Not condescending, which I always worry about as a relatively novice rider.

Knowledge of the people working there and also the manager was super helpful and knew the biking community very well.

The 2 people were super helpful! They jumped to looking into what I needed immediately when I explained what I needed to fix on my bike. They didn’t Interrupt me mid-sentence even though they knew the answer quickly. The time I spent in the store was minimal.

The staff I worked with were very kind and had good input to my purchase.

I love my new bike and all the accessories that I got to go with it. I’m psyched to ride this season!
