I have had a year full of horrible luck with my bike and Noah the repair person at the grand avenue location has constantly gone out of his way to help me complete my commute. The service has been educational and fast. I recently moved to east Saint Paul from a very bike friendly neighborhood in Minneapolis and it’s been great knowing the grand avenue Freewheel shop is there when I need it. Has Freewheel thought about opening a shop in east Saint Paul? We have nothing over here 😕

Have been customer of Freewheel since 2005 -- I like the people that work there, the products, the time they take to make sure you're getting the right thing for you.

Michaela was super helpful and accommodating in helping me get the right tires for my wife's Verve 2 and fitting me in to help get the tires changed out when it turned out to be harder than I expected. Nice shop, very helpful and personable staff!
