Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. And they catch things others might miss. I once had a freewheel employee slow down as he passed me on a bike trail to let me know my pedals had been recalled. And this time they caught small cracks in my rear wheel that could have escalated into something worse.

I really really like the bike I purchased. I shopped around did research but kept going back to the Trek big. The people were very friendly to deal with I only wish they would have helped with connect my phone with my new ebike. I feel lost right now about that.
