Excellent service. I bought new mountain bike shoes and new Time pedals. The woman that was helping me was great. She quickly put on the cleats and the new pedals and I was ready to ride today! Fantastic staff help!

I purchased a front rack at the Richfield store. It turns out it wasn't entirely compatible with my fork. The Grand Ave store is closest to my house so went to return the rack there. I arrived shortly after the store was closing. Your staff let me in anyway and processed the return after hours. Great customer service. Thanks!
