Aaron was very knowledgeable. If you need great information in a bike talk to Aaron or a good salesperson. I had a nice guy try to help me at first but I didn't get the sense he should be used in that capacity. They were very busy at that time though and I am sure they wanted to be helpful the best they could at that time.

I know they're busy, but they took time to make me feel like I was the only customer at that time - nothing felt rushed. I got my bike back in about five days and it feels like the day I first bought it. It needed a lot of work! I'm happy to say that Freewheel is my hometown bike store. Highly recommend!

There's a good assortment of bikes, bike parts, tools, gear, clothing, shoes to get kitted up for a ride or a season. The repair services are solid when needed and they will help you right size the work to be done.

Our sales associate, Michaela/Mykayla (sp?), was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable. Spoke directly to our 10 year-old in a non-patronizing, age-appropriate way. Explained things to her clearly and empowered her. In a few minutes, she made her a much more empowered cyclist! She also identified the bike that is exactly right for my daughter's age, stage of development, and intended uses. She even helped her get over disappointment about the limited color choices in an empowering way, too, which was a gift to me as a dad! She explained the support that comes with the purchase to me in a very clear way. The proof and reward for her good work was my daughter speeding off on her bike as soon as we got home, wanting to show off her speed to her mom, sister, and grandparents! Happy daughter. Happy dad!
Was greeted and helped right as I walked in the door. Was able to try on some helmets for my 4 year old to make sure we got the correct size and fit.
