Great service! The service agent inspected our bikes first and explained everything we needed. I do feel we were "oversold." He was also very helpful explaining and applying the rewards program. Service was completed on time, too.

The service I needed done was given priority, where, even though the bike mechanic was away at the time I came in and the clerk (working the floor) was the only one there. The clerk worked on my bike, so I didn't have to wait.
