Make sure the cleaner guy knows how to run the tile cleaning machine. We ended up with way too much water on the tile floor. I brought in five or six spare towels from the garage to use to sop up the water.
On the plus side, the tile and grout ended up looking awesome.
The carpet looks much better too.

Was very expensive, extra charge for a closet floor that I hadn’t wanted done and cleaner didn’t come in with mask on and we had to ask him to put one on and no booties.

I like no chemicals and the carpet dries quickly. The staff is always courteous and respectful. I have used 0 Reyes Circle times and have been pleased for the most part.

Our carpet and couch look and smell great. It was a little expensive for what I had done, especially since I had to have a minimum charge just to get someone out here. I only have carpet in our bonus room, so I had to add things just to get to the min charge.
