I have been using Zerorez for like 5 years. I have had the Best customer service and very happy with the way my carpets look!
You were just here Saturday morning and Very happy!!

I loved that days before my appointment I received text messages asking exactly what I was wanting to accomplish with the carpet cleaning. We had a pet urine stain that we tried to get out ourself at no luck. Zerorez did an amazing job, all stains and sell are completely gone! Carpets dry within 5 hours! Would use them again!

The technician was very informative and was able to show us video of how bad of an issue we had in the vents of our new home. He cleaned it all super well and sanitized them as well. Very professional and friendly. He deserves some kudos.

I would not recommend this company. It looked the exact same. I had to go buy a carpet cleaner hours afterwards to do it myself. I was able to get spots out, but this is why I hired as I did not want to do it myself. This ended up costing double plus time.

Loved the way the house looked when they were done.

Will not use you again!
