The carpet cleaning services did not get stains out of the carpets as well as I expected it to with the specialized water treatment. They also left orange stains on the carpet that weren’t there before. It ended up being much more expensive than I had planned and still did not get the stains up. Overall the technician was friendly but I can’t say I would pay nearly $400 again to have the stains not be removed and to have orange spots left in other places.
The cleaner arrived early (with permission) and worked efficiently. This is the second time I've hired Zerorez, and I plan to do so again in the future.
The two gentlemen that came to my house did a fantastic job not just with the carpet washing which is amazing my carpet is back to looking clean and best of all my wife says she can longer detect the smell she complained about and it dried really quick back to the two gentlemen they were very respectful and we'll mannered they one being trained was very attentive to what the one training was explaining to him and the trainer hasa gift I've never before seen someone with such patience and explain in detail not only what needs to be done but why is being done
The lack of price disclosure was dissatisfying. I was unhappy to learn even after expressing our pet spot concerns over the phone no prices were mentioned. Our quote was $139 and it ended up at $393 with the treatments. While I understand there are costs for the products there should have been a transparency when booking the appt of what to expect. I was in shock with the tech and the prices while he was already in my home to do the service and could not turn him away and we are on a time crunch. These prices need to be available for customers to review and compare. It is unfortunate as we love to support local we would not recommend.

During our phone consultations our goal is to provide details in regards to how our pricing is structured and how our onsite quotes are created by your technician. However, quotes for additional treatments can be tricky, since our representatives are not in the home to assess the problem areas, this makes it difficult to know severity and in some cases what the issues might even be. Because of this, our representatives are required to disclose that all pricing is subject to our technicians assessment on the day of the cleaning. It is disappointing to hear we have let you down but we appreciate your feedback and will use it to help our team members grow.

Alex was professional, neat, and explained all charges and procedures. She tried to remove a stain without the extra treatment first, instead of charging more up front. Unfortunately the stain lifted and was still showing that evening so I called the next day and she came right out, treated it, and removed it! Your payment system is easy and fast too!
All around good experience, and I love that there is no chemical/cleaner smell!

I love that my home smells odorless and clean and that all stains were gone even the high traffic stains! I especially am stunned with my children’s rooms after our dogs had accidents in there mainly and now you can’t even tell there were any stains or messes in there!

You advertised 3 “rooms” in your advertising. My rooms have a bed and furniture in them. I have a short hallway. I was told that would cost more to clean the hall. I was not happy about that considering you did not clean one complete room.
The young man that came to our house was very nice and did a good job. I was asked to check out what he had done. He missed one small area and had to hook up equipment once again.
He said it would dry up to 6 hrs. The stairs were still damp this morning. I don’t think I could refer you to a friend or family. I’m sorry.
