Was able to get service pretty much right away
The worker came a 1/2 hour late. And the next morning the carpets were still wet. We had to set up fans all day to dry everything out. It was very humid and uncomfortable for several hours. This is the first time this has happened. He came in pre sprayed prior to starting and soaked several areas. This is not how you usually work. I will use you one more time and if we have the same results, we will be looking elsewhere next time.

The customer service was excellent, however my rugs were not as clean as I would have liked.

Improve the vent cleaner.
We appreciated so very much about our interaction with this company. We were able to easily schedule an appointment on-line and receive services with only two-day lead time! The company communications was excellent, using both telephone and texting. They stayed in touch with us on the day that the technician was to arrive, letting us know when to expect him. The technician was kind and efficient. We had some stains on a light beige carpet in heavy traffic areas. We didn't know what the stains were from, so he had to guess at which products would be best for treatment. All stains are gone and the house is fresh and clean! I would highly recommend
