This is our third year that we have had your company come to our residence and cleaned our carpets. Everyone of your technicians that have come to clean our carpets were vey professional and detailed oriented. They treated our house like they were in their on home.
You guys are awesome. Carpets were very clean and also very soft. Dried in 4 hours. Your carpet guy was so friendly and polite. Will definitely use your service again.
When we requested the appointment we had put about the radio Special they texted me and notified me the current ad didn’t qualify to clean the 3 rooms. The next day I saw the Television had a commercial for 3 room special. At least in other places when you ask about the specials they notify you what they have available and this company made me feel that all they care about is making money not so much about happy customers
Nothing. I have used you guys twice, both times the results were OK. Nothing great nothing horrible. I don’t know who I would recommend, but my comment to a friend would be, there are OK.

The house smelled amazing after they left and every stain had been lifted out of the carpets.
Nick was professional, personable and efficient. He did a beautiful job cleaning our carpet, so much so that I've asked for him to come back to clean the carpet in the rest of the house. This is the best cleaning our carpets have ever had. He even removed a stain that no one else has been able to! I would refer Zerorez to anyone!

Just moved into a home that's a little older and we wanted to make sure that the vents were clean and fresh for the start of our next chapter, and Ryan K was excellent! He went over what the process would be before he started and was just very friendly the whole time. I love that corner protectors are used through the house as just had our walls done.

I loved that days before my appointment I received text messages asking exactly what I was wanting to accomplish with the carpet cleaning. We had a pet urine stain that we tried to get out ourself at no luck. Zerorez did an amazing job, all stains and sell are completely gone! Carpets dry within 5 hours! Would use them again!
The technician was very informative and was able to show us video of how bad of an issue we had in the vents of our new home. He cleaned it all super well and sanitized them as well. Very professional and friendly. He deserves some kudos.
