Our carpets are not clean like they usually are when we use the other company we usually use. There are still dirty spots in our main living area that were there when they came and I feel like the guys who were here could have done a much better job. Also, most irritatingly, I was quoted a price for my carpets and was thorough in my detailed explanation. Upon arrival and walk through I was advised that not only had areas not been included in my quote, but also if I wanted a deeper clean it was going to cost me $100.00 more and I had to pay for additional areas to be cleaned that were missed in the original quote by the person quoting me.
I never should have had anyone else do my carriers other than my usual guy, .. I saw an ad for $99. and thought I'd try to save money during this pandemic.... It ended up costing me more for carpets that aren't clean. Sadly, I will not have Zerorez back again nor will I refer to anyone.

Devin our Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He did very well cleaning our floors and will be requesting him next time we get our carpets cleaned by you guys. The techs are professional and do a great job. Carpets are clean thoroughly and left soft. Dry within that 4-6 hour window. I have used them for years.
The Zerorez employees that came to our home were very professional, thorough and hard working. Our carpets look so much better! We would definitely recommend Zerorez and will be using them again in the future!

My son and his roommates said the carpets looked like new, which really says something, as they are 20+ years old. All the pet stains are gone--amazing!
The carpets seemed more damp then last time but have dried just fine now.Also the technician was very professional and used shoe covers but still his shoe print was in several places on our wood flooring. We scrubbed them up today so all is well. And again Nick was very professonal.Perhaps because the carpets were wetter is why the shoeprints were on the wood floor.

We really liked the process of the cleaning no soaps or chemicals. Our carpets really cleaned up well look like new. Gordon did a awesome job.
The amount of coverage that the tech went into my whole system outside and inside of my units.
Checking systems for damage and cleanness, also if mold was present.
Replacing filters if needed and taking air balances.

Nicholas was great. The stains in my carpet came back however. I called them, no return call. The next day I called again and the next day Nicholas was back and the stains were gone. Thank you, it was a thought job.

This is the second time we’ve had carpet cleaning by Zerorez, and although the first time was good, this time the two gentlemen that came out did an OUTSTANDING job! They were both so personable and really spent the time needed to make our carpets look amazing! We are listing our home this week and the carpets look new, we are impressed. The guys worked so hard, especially on the stairs! That’s tough work, we know, but they really have it their all! Thank you for sending two hard working go getters to help us!!
