We cleaned a freshly painted room. After it dried, upon inspection, all of the freshly-painted baseboard was scuffed up.

Another well done job
Your advertisement said that my ductwork would be clean when yipou were done. It wasn’t. I sent pictures after the cleaning to the office and they asked the tech about it. He said that was the best that he could do, so no effort was made to do better. When I can afford it I will try again with a company who specializes in ductwork and who guarantees their work.

Before the job even started there was a lot of up selling...dryer vent and cleaning the carpets etc, all I wanted was the vents cleaned and the lady on the phone said they could do a small area on the carpet to see how it would turn out whether to get it cleaned or just replace the carpet (never did that). ...They were late because the former job ran late and their machine broke down here and had to wait for another service person to show up.

Harrison was a fantastic tech, we was informative, kind, understanding and really worked well with us. He was on time, gave ample notice of coming in. Made sure to ask question and respect our privacy as much as possible. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully get Harrison every time!

The carpet comes cleaned without the use of a lot of chemicals. The staff is very pleasant and does an excellent job. Really concerned about getting the carpet as clean as possible.
The carpet just stayed wet for 24 hours + after being told we could replace furniture on dry carpet within 8 or 10 hours. Not a huge problem but would have planned where we moved furniture to differently had we known. Your technition did a beautiful job-- The carpets look great!
