The tech has not returned to finish a couple of things however the job was done well he was very conscientious

The technician was very polite and professional. He did a great job.my rugs are visibly cleaner. I’ll use zerorez again.

Let me start by saying that the gentleman doing the cleaning was absolutely professional, friendly, arrived on time, and came ready to work. I did not feel he was rushed at his job, and did everything that I paid for. And answered any questions I had.

That being said, the actual product (clean carpets) left something to be desired. First off we noticed that there was at least one visible pet stain that was not lifted, and remained after cleaning. Even though we paid for the pet treatment. We also feel that the carpets didn't look any more clean after the cleaning, they do smell better though. One final thought; the carpets, mainly the area rug, contained a lot of water, and were very wet. I went over the carpets with my own personal rug machine to suck up the excess water. And it was able to pull a fair amount of water out of the carpets. I feel that the rugs would not have dried in a timely manner had I not done this.

Sorry to say, I had high hopes for the zero rez cleaning service, as I like the idea of not using any solutions for cleaning. I guess my expectations were too high. I do not feel like I will recommend others to this service.

Your tech. Was the best, great personality. Worked hard. I am old. It was hard for me to move furniture and junk. Again, our tech. was the nicest and helped me get fans down in garage. He didn't have to do that.

Dries quickly, no residue, no perfumes, removes stains and carpets looked clean.

The technician was knowledgeable and upfront about expectations, thorough and friendly. He wasn't able to remove all of the stains but the carpet still looks great. This was our second time having zerorez clean and I would absolutely hire them again.

What I like the most about Zerorez is there’s never any smell during or after the service. When I called to make an appointment I wasn’t asked to wait on line, Roberto was friendly and very helpful! We had TC’s first snow the morning of our appointment but Zack, their technician, was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to add a cleaning of my furniture, and Zack almost cheerfully, looked over the pieces and gave me my new total which I approved. The work was done timely and there was no after smell! Great techs. Superior process. If you have synthetic strands ant ends of your area rugs, do not expect results. Process water on this area around wood floors is not a good idea. So the process is limited by this feature. Other than that, no complaints.

Harrison arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning our staircase. He’s very courteous and considerate and cleaned everything in a very timely manner and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely hire zero-rez for future rug cleaning.
