I like that they are clean and not chemical smelling - I like Zerorez and will choose Zerorez over all other cleaners I especially like the way each tech does the job and respects my privacy and my residence's carpets and furniture. This time Devyn came and cleaned my upholstery and considering the problem, I though he was very knowledgeable and good at his work.

Your technician was prompt and thorough. I had some dog issues with my carpets and he didnt guarantee that he would be able to remove the odors. He explained the process to me and described why it may not work. He did an excellent job and was able to do exactly what i needed. Thank you!
