Technician did a great job. Was professional yet personal, performed the carpet cleaning with great care.
This was my first experience with Zerorez; so knowing what to expect from this organization was most appreciated. I was given important and helpful information both when I made the appointment and before the service began. And the technician gave helpful answers to the few questions that I had about my carpet and the number of hours of drying time that I could expect would be needed. I will plan to use this company again in the future.

Professional attitude by Harrison. He first walked the areas being serviced with us. He explained what he was going to be doing and about how long it would take.
My technician was friendly and knowledgeable and adjusted the provided service to fit the needs of my home. He explained how everything works and gave recommendations for treatments without being pushy. Carpets looks and smell much better!
The technician did a very good job. It did take longer to dry than I thought it would, but overall I was pleased.

Carpets are clean and service is professional.
There’s nothing for you to do to make it right, but I had my air ducts cleaned and huge messes were left in almost every room where the vents were removed to clean. Two of the 12 vents that were removed weren’t put back. I had to do a lot of vacuuming in the rooms where the vents were cleaned because there was so much dirt and particles from the ceiling left everywhere.
I thought my living room, hallways and stairs were cleaned well, but the carpet in the two bedrooms that were cleaned still had huge stains left. I wasn’t informed about the possibility that that could happen. It just feels like for the $700+ I paid, I would get a better result. It would’ve helped if I could have been more educated or prepared for what kind of stains could and couldn’t be removed. I just think for the amount of money I paid and all the mess I had to clean up and the stains that were still left in the carpet, I probably won’t be a repeat customer. It wasn’t a great experience.

I was very clear about what I was needing. I was given a quote. It was an urgent situation and I took time off work. When the technician arrived he was scheduled for a cleaning not water extraction. The cleaning was the same amount I was quoted. The extraction was 100.00 more than my quote. I feel this was bait and switch. I want to stress this was not the technician’s fault. He was great. Whoever scheduled my appointment knew full well what they were doing. I have the text where I was told they couldn’t do cleaning until the carpet was dry. He knew full well. Bait and switch. Won’t return and won’t recommend and really I feel you owe me an 80.00 refund. Which is the difference between my quote and what the new amount was that I was charged.
The advertised sales price isn’t realistic as the additional up charges are high. I had to decline spot removal during my service as it would have cost an additional $30 to try and remove a spot the size of a quarter. I declined because my $99 service was had already doubled by adding 2 5x7 area rugs which was pricey. Recommend improving the cost structure for better prices on the add one.

I informed that the carpets in 3 room , hallway and one room that was horrible needed to be cleaned. I was told it would be 289.00 . It was a little over 500.00. Price was way beyond quote.

During our phone conversations our goal is to provide details in regards to how our pricing is structured and how our onsite estimates are assessed and can be updated by your technician. However, estimates for additional treatments can be tricky, since our call representatives are not in the home to assess the problem areas, this makes it difficult to know severity and in some cases what the issues might even be. Because of this, our call representatives are required to disclose that all pricing is subject to our technicians assessment on the day of the cleaning. It is disappointing to hear we have let you down but we appreciate your feedback and will use it to help our team grow.
I think a little explaining of the process you are using, without being asked, is a good thing. Especially, to those of us that don't use these services that much.

The guy you sent to do my carpets did and excellent job.
The guy turned on his machine at his vehicle at 3:54.. then at 4:09 he was removing hoses and turning off machine. This included going out to vehicle once during the duration. 15 min of 'cleaning' 2 rooms hallway and runners. He told me it would take 45 min to an hour. I could have cleaned with my Kirby with same results. $200 for a 15min.?!?
