Friendly, honest, end result did what it said it would. Our new puppy was stubborn to house training. I thought I would have to replace entire carpet and pad. Not so! When these guys finished no mornodor or stains.?highly recommend them
Had pet smell in my office carpet. After two tries the room smells worse than when I started. I also was told I had been overcharged but there was no attempt to correct the overcharge. In the past I've used the Rugdoctor and had much better results.
The tech that cleaned the carpet was very considerate and even helped us move furniture. She was very considerate of my 89 year old mom whose house she was cleaning. Thank you.

The variety of services. I needed my tile grout cleaned and my vents. One person was able to do both. This means I did not have to wait around for two days--just one. Cameron, the service tech, did an awesome job.
Our technician was very prompt when notified of his arrival, very efficient, professional and friendly. Carpets cleaned up beautifully, and they are light with definite traffic patterns.
The technician who did the work called before coming. Was on time and very polite while in our home. He checked four spots that might be hard to get up, dog urine, thanks to our daughters visiting little dog. We did not follow his advice for special treatment on the small spots. But we should have followed his advice.
I think this is our third time to use the company. And we will use Zerorez again.
