We had our ducts cleaned. They weren't that bad so its hard to tell the difference. But!!!! You can tell a difference. Also, the professional attention to detail the gentleman had while conducting business. He treated out home with respect. That goes a long way.

Your technician was thorough and very polite. The process of the add ones felt a bit shady. Your schedulers should mention that at the time of making the appointment.

You arrive promptly within the quoted time window. Your employees wear protective booties & use corner guards and always explain the process. Friendly and professional. And most importantly, you leave our carpets wonderfully clean. Its worth every penny spent and we will keep using zerorez in the future for our cleaning needs.
