The service man was very professional and did a fantastic job. My carpets had been overdue for cleaning. All the stains were removed and they look great.

When the cleaning was done letting it dry. I had dirt lines on the carpet. I vacuumed the carpet still had streaks. It looks like maybe you needed to clean the head of the machine. I was not happy. To make things right clean my carpet over again to clean the streaks off my carpet.

Brandon was very professional and answered any of the questions I had. He cleaned my area rug quickly and efficiently and made sure the end product was to my liking. He even assisted me in putting the rug where it would dry. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know that needs ZeroRez services.

Please improve the carpet smell, I had my downstairs cleaned and the wet carpet smell is horrible. They could have atorado opened the windows to let the smell out

Carpet not cleaned in professional way as expected from reputation. Carpet has patchy stain of uncleaned carpet. It appears that harsh chemicals were used ( as opposed to what is advertised ) as it is evident in some areas where color of a red carpet can be seen preserved. This is despite opting for all the protection your team recommended. You will have no support or recommendations to any clients.
Thank you for your feedback. Per our phone conversation we will be coming back to your home to address the issues you mentioned. We do only clean with a high temperature steam and no harsh chemicals, we did add the carpet protectant to your scheduled cleaning. I hope after our lead technician is back to assess and address your issues you will be satisfied with our platinum rated services.
They did a great job cleaning up the carpets after a tenant move out. Nice a friendly I would definitely go with Zerorez again!
