I like the price of the service and how wonderful my carpets feel afterward!

Nothing.

The scent of the products made our house smell so fresh and clean. We hadn't been able to achieve that with the at home products we had been using.

I loved how fast and professional the technicians were. They also were very knowledgable about services and products they have.

The technician was very polite and didn't seem to b in a hurry but the carpet was much wetter than it has been with other companies, So not sure I will use it again.

The carpet was soft and looked and felt renewed! I was very pleased with Gavin, my knowledgeable technician!

My only disappointment was that I had such a small area and the cost seemed a little high! for just a small living and dining area. I know most companies have 'minimum charges' - just doesn't seem fair!

I think you need to use the upolstry tool on the edges of the rv carpet as it appears the regular one doesnt make contact with the edge causing the edges to not be cleaned. There is a visual diffence in the appearance of the carpet

The technicians are very pleasant and like that everything is green.

Because there was a couple of small spots left after our clean. Your company sent out Gavin to redo the area. He was courteous, and did a wonderful job. We will use your service again!

How well it cleaned.

Willingness to explain products and services, and understand my personal limitations in any "assistance", as I am 92 and physically very limited, so I was pleased to see two people in attendance when I was told there would be only one. At my age and limited lifestyle, I don't need carpets cleaned very often, but will be glad to make recommendations to people I know.
However, for family reasons, please do not use my name in advertising.

The time to explain the cleaning process and make sure we were satisfied with the cleaning.

I was left with stains - when pointed out to the technician all he did was go over them once more - stains are still there. Stains on business carpet almost look no different either. When our local carpet cleaners have done both residence and business - stains were gone. Their technician pretreated and scrubbed on tough spots - not just a go over.

Project well coordinated. Worked good around existing furnature. Protected furnature and door jambs. Cleaned up some tough spots.

I had requested that all of our upstairs bedrooms be cleaned and I assumed they had until after I paid and discovered they had not been - and I believe from the price quote I was charged for them.

Edges of carpet were not cleaned well. Missed spots and had to ask to go over them.

Cleaned well and service man was very professional.

I think your company is great, and the carpet cleaner was very professional. I would only add that there was a couple of dirt spots left in the heavy traffic area. It was this carpets first cleaning and its high end carpet.

PAID $120 FOR EXTRACTION BUT THE SPOT STILL SMELLS LIKE DOG URINE. HOPEFULLY THE SMELL WILL FADE. THE STAIN IS ACTUALLY GONE THOUGH
