Nick was the technician who cleaned my carpets and chair. He was thorough, and did a wonderful job! He was easy to talk to and was very pleasant! I will ask for him again the next time I need carpets or furniture cleaned.

My carpet doesn’t look any better than before he started. And, to do as much as he did, and he only took about an hour, I have never had carpets cleaned that fast. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED and will not be referring anyone to you.

Alex was very nice and professional, and seemed to do a good job, although some areas like behind the doors were missed. He did get a couple stains out, but guess I had higher hopes for the high-traffic areas. I clicked on '5' but would say more like a 7 or 8. Thanks.

I called the office after business hours. The next morning i received a return call. got the services I needed at a great price and had them scheduled for the next day. When the service tech, Nick, arrived, he was courteous and knowledgable. Got the job done in a timely fashion and did a superior job. Great company with great people!!

Would have been nice to know that regular cleaning would not take care of blood so I would not have had to spend an additional 70 dollars to get another “special “ spot treatment!
