What impressed me the most was the technician that did the work. His name is Zack and I need to say that he is nothing but an asset for your company. Especially in consideration of his young age. As a custom home builder, I have hired employees over a period of time that has spanned thirty years. I call tell you without reservation that Zack is a keeper. I would strongly advise that you provide the necessary monetary and recognition incentives to keep him onboard in respect to continuing to work for your company. Individuals like Zack are hard to find and once you have such a person it is in your best interest to make sure that it is worthwhile for Zack to want to stay with you. I strongly advised Zack to make business cards, (that include his name), which can be handed to customers. The reason is straight-forward. Given Zack's demeanor and the level of engagement with his work there will be customers specifically requesting him for future work. Again, Zack is an asset and it financially behooves you to find a way to hold onto him.

Do a better clean up

Our service tech was a very nice gentleman. Our issue however started when he arrived and was ready to just work. He did not walk through and try to explain what was going to be done and how. We have a dining table with chairs that were not moved prior to the cleaning. As i saw the tech cleaning I offered to move the chairs to make sure he would clean under them. After the cleaning, the clean up was the terrible part. I have hardwood flooring and baseboards that were not cleaned and residue from the tile cleaning had spread over to these areas. Residue was left where doors were and walls as wells as our appliances. Overall the tech no matter how nice should have told me I needed to clean residue after the cleaning chemicals had settled or explained what the process looked like.

My technician was fantastic this week. Mr. Zirker was phenomenal and went above and beyond to help. Carpet looks and feels like new.

The somewhat-hidden costs; the extras. Be more transparent.

I’m not a fan of the upsell. Please stop the add on service sell at the door. Let me choose the options when I sign up for service.
