I'm sorry I hit the wrong button I am very happy with your service
They proactively reached out to me reminding me that it was a year from my last service...via text...which I LOVE! They also made sure that if I said yes, they could immediately get me scheduled, which they did (2 days from text!). They made sure to reach out at the beginning of my time window to give me a rough ETA, then I got text messages 15 minutes prior. Once they arrived, we did a walk through and he was in and out in 30ish minutes. Very polite, very efficient, explained everything, I could not recommend Zerorez more, they are a TOP SHELF company and I will be a user for many more years to come!

Spot treatment, scrubbing

The spots on rug we were worried about, look worst after the cleaning. Since we ended up paying over $500 to get two small rugs cleaned. Am not s happy camper
The spots seemed to have spread. Instead of a couple spots now we have a whole area that is one big spot

Our tech Andrew was great, clarified what we wanted and price before beginning. Was super accommodating to my nosy labs during the process, and the whole house was done quickly! 10/10 would recommend again.
The service was great, from scheduling the appointment all the way through the process after the appointment. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, and we were happy with the outcome. The house smelled wonderful afterwards. I will be calling them again. :-)
Great technician! Brian was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our carpet and area rug turned out beautifully. Rosie was also very helpful during the booking process.
I asked for Oder control and extra care on arms and cracks of couch. The following day the couch still has a musty odor and dirt in the cracks so will most likely not hire your company for another job.

Outcome not as good as expected. Grout still appears dirty, discolored

Our wall to wall white carpet is over 25 years old and it always comes clean. Love the quick drying too. Nick did a beautiful job, as always. I'm officially a frequent flyer! Thank you!

Charged for the stairs but the stairs were not done. Water dripped all over the wood floor that we had to clean up. We have new white trim that the hose made black marks on. In the past others have used corner protectors. Just not sure it was worth all that money.
Good customer service, transparency in pricing
The representative that took my call and set up my appointment was very helpful and professional! She asked me all the right questions to make sure I got the best deal!
The staff that came out for the job was actually 20 minutes earlier than scheduled time, he made sure to call me ahead of time to make sure it's OK be at my house that early. The shift manager also stopped over to make sure all is going well and to see if I had any additional questions. However, he ended up helping his staff to get the work done quicker.
