Services were explained before starting and very helpful staff. Overall services were completely and we were very happy with the final outcome. Suggestions were explained and what benefits would be if applied.
Cleaning was not effective or thorough. I asked for a refund or partial refund but it was denied. It has been difficult to reschedule a time for a re-clean. I am not satisfied and won’t recommend to family or friends.
Guys were very polite, did a great job!!.

I went for the 3 room special that was approximately 175 and when all services were completed I ended up paying over 400 I was in shock. Just hoping it was worth it now. Time will tell

Zerorez did a fabulous job on my carpets! When I showed the technician the wear pattern in my bedroom he said he would work hard on that area. I told him that I was sure no carpet cleaning could take care of this wear pattern. I was amazed that how the traffic pattern disappeared! The whole house (and, couch) look amazing and it's been over two weeks now. I have never had results like this from any other carpet cleaning company. He spent over 5 hrs here, was courteous, informative, and a hard worker. Thank you zerorez, I've already recommended you to friends!

They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet at a very reasonable price. They gave me a quote on duct cleaning and it too was reasonable. So that's coming up next.

Service tech arrived at time scheduled, very helpful and professional, carpets look great. After carpet dried, one old stain was still visible but I was advised of that possibility and told to call back to try another remedy.
