We enjoyed getting to know Nick who was our was our service tech and he did a very good job and was very friendly and efficient.
I’m just not convinced that your cleaning process/products are that effective. I’ve had you clean several times, and I’m simply not super impressed. The technician did a fine job, however. Our carpet is less than 2 years old and particularly in the high traffic areas, there is still a significant difference between those areas and what is hidden under a rug… I would expect more from a carpet shampooing.

The entire experience was very positive. The person that assisted me with scheduling the appointment was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When the Technician arrived at our home, he was friendl, professional, and very helpful.
I would absolutely use the service again.
The technician was very personable and showed us what nice little gifts our pets have given us with his black light! It cost more to address that issue, but it was worth it.

The scheduler was very friendly and very accommodating to my need for prompt service and willing to substitute one bedroom cleaning for a hallway cleaning during their "Three bedrooms for $99.99" promo, since we only needed two bedroom carpets to be cleaned.
The technician was on time, friendly and willing to include walk-in closets carpet cleaning since the bedrooms were each smaller than 200 square feet.
