Thank you for your feedback. We at Zerorez do our best to provide excellent customer service and as accurate of an estimate over the phone as possible. During our phone conversations our goal is to provide details in regards to how our pricing is structured and how our onsite estimates are assessed and can be updated by your technician. However, estimates for additional treatments can be tricky, since our call representatives are not in the home to assess the problem areas, this makes it difficult to know severity and in some cases what the issues might even be. Because of this, our call representatives are required to disclose that all pricing is subject to our technicians assessment on the day of the cleaning. It is disappointing to hear we have let you down but we appreciate your feedback and will use it to help our team grow

For my recent appointment, here are the 6 items that stood out most to me :
1.I was contacted by email, given a quote with add-ons I desired - very communicative, friendly representative. I like the email option as it does not interrupt my work and I can answer as time allows.
2. On the day of my appointment, Rosie called and alerted me to the technician's arrival time.
3. Ryan, the technician, called and alerted me to his progress getting to my place and gave me the time he would arrive.
4. Once Ryan arrived, he put on shoe protectors, put in baseboard corner protectors (VERY much appreciated since we had just painted!) and went over the carpet and stained areas with me.
5.Ryan explained every step of the cleaning he would do and offered options for add-ons to keep my carpets and heavy traffic areas looking their best.
6. The process, from start to finish was very easy and streamlined.
I also like the fact that ZeroRez is a self-contained operation and doesn't need to hook up to my sink!

I thought I was to get more than just a spray for dog mess like I got last time. When I described the attachment they used he acted like he had never heard of such a thing.
Not happy about )50 a room for spray.
The individual was very professional, I have used ZeroRez for years. My carpets are clean with NOresidue and they stay cleaner much longer. There is no chemical smell, which is a huge plus!

The upholstery cleaning liquid has over spray that ended up on end tables. The overspray was easily cleaned up but it was not a point of discussion when the job started or ended. The front of the furniture appears to be hit and miss on being cleaned or not.

Our technician, Andrew, was incredible! He explained the process to us, very clean and professional. An absolutely charming young man. Our carpets looked great when he was finished. We would recommend him to anyone. Very happy.

The tech did not do the entire carpet square ft area and ,I feel like It was not worth what I paid for.

Zerorez is a well known company for the quality of work they perform for their customers.
The technicians they send out are very professional, customer oriented etc. The technicians wear their masks and disposal slippers when they enter your home.
They answer all of your questions thoroughly and I highly recommend them to friends when they happen to mention that they need their carpets cleaned or couches etc.
I do recommend Jordon he is great at his job and you can tell that he takes it seriously.

They service guy was excellent, I was in and out of the house with errands and my mom was here the entire time. I paid 210$ extra to eliminate cat urine smell. This did not resolve the issue upstairs. I also paid extra (around 100$ I think) to get rid of tough stains and sticky residue, some areas did come out, but others were left with a lighter stain or sticky mess. Overall I paid around 470$ for three areas, 2 of which had additional work. I do not feel the extra services I paid for worked, so essentially I paid for extra services but did not get the benefits of the service. I do want To say the I saw the service man scrubbing and trying hard to get the areas taken care of.
To make things right I would appreciate getting the urine treatment redone….the one that is $70 a gallon and paid 210 for and the same with the other areas or reimbursement for the other areas with the stains/sticky.

The tech that cleaned our area rugs was on time and professional. The rugs definitely have some new life in them which was exactly what I was looking for. My only complaint was that the residual wetness from the rugs caused a trail of brown sticky visible shoe prints & footprints all over my wood floors so I had to mop later in the evening and also made me question if I need to clean the rugs again.
Professionalism of staff gets HIGH MARKS from us! Appointment was easy to make - serviceman showed up ON TIME - work was COMPLETED.

The technician was great.
There are a couple of spots that we point out as areas we wanted special attention because of heavy traffic had made them especially soiled. They are stilled soiled.

I went from being quoted one price to getting charged a completely different one. Definitely would not recommend.
