The guy who came to do the carpets was very nice but the carpets themself didn’t look different. My husband and I both agreed they don’t even look clean, all the stains are still in the carpets. At this point I wish I would have looked into different companies instead of going with the first company that popped up on google.

Nick was on time, professional and did a fantastic job as usual! He was also able to get rid of the two coffee stains in our office.

It wasn't until the technician left that I realized he didn't go through to show me the results. There was a stain in the living room that didn't come out. I would have been ok with that if he had just pointed it out and explained. I'm not sure he even tried. Other than that, he was polite and professional.

It was a great experience. I was contacted before my appointment, to see if someone could come early. The technician arrived 30 minutes early and did a great job cleaning my carpets. I would absolutely recommend.

I was able to get scheduled for the day after I called. My carpet was cleaned quickly and efficiently and a tough stain removed that no one else was able to remove! It's been over a week and the stain hasn't reappeared as it always did in the past.

Clean the brushes better also have enough door jam protectors

We are very pleased with our clean shower. We had signed up to have our shower cleaned on a special, however, we learned on the cleaning day that cleaning hard water stains was a different price-a significantly higher price difference. Again we are pleased that it is cleaned, but were disappointed the price tag was 5x the special we had sign up for. We would suggest that you make customers aware of this possibility at the time they book the service.
