So nice to have all my rugs clean and very little odor.
My carpets look new and feel clean, not filmy. Rosie was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She was very professional and my estimate was complete. Harrison was on time and thorough, always respectful us and our property and willing to accommodate to our requests. We are very pleased with the whole process!
Our tile and grout came out like new. Harrison did an amazing job. Also cleaned an area rug and we were just as happy. Can't say enough good things. My daughter suggested them. Best thing

I really appreciate how Zerorez Tri-Cities came to my rescue last-minute to clean the carpets in a rental my family and I were waiting to move into. They were very accommodating to our needs!
The service I received from zeroRez was outstanding. The guys came in and they did a walk-through, which was nice explained all the spots that I was curious about and then took action my carpets are nice and clean and smells tropical they did a very good job. And I will call them back next time I need my carpets done.
The guys did a good job on some very stained carpeting. Much better results than I expected. They were very courteous and professional and protected any walls, corners and appiances that may have been nicked by the hoses. I was glad it was a nice day and I could open up the doors and windows to help dry the carpeting.

After the process of clean the grout lines your tech needed to clean the floor better. It took me two cleaning to get all the residue up.

I had the same friendly serviceman as last year, love that! And I love the prices.
They always show up on time. My carpet dries quickly. It smells clean, not perfumed. You always out preform my expectation. I have pets so sometimes I feel like the stains, they live behind, will forever be a part of my carpet color, but not true. Thanks for proving me wrong over and over

The tile work was not worth the money and I still had to clean up. I don't think the carpet was in better shape than if I did it myself.
