Great tech in Gage. He explained everything well. I love the protectant. I had it done last time and it really helped the carpet stay cleaner. So, I had it done again this time. Love zerorez.

Clean products no soap
We had Brandon and Brandon (I think) and they did a great job-very helpful and explained things thoroughly and had some tips for us as well.
1) I love that my carpet is cleaned using high heat and Zero harmful chemicals, I have fur babies and grandkids and being able to play on the floor is very important to my family.
2) Scheduling and appointment was super easy.
3) The technicians were so friendly and efficient.
4) I will always use Zerorez if given the opportunity.

Clean carpets without shampoo residue
Unfortunately, we are very disappointed in the job that was done. The house smells awful, it’ll be a week tomorrow since the cleaning and the house smells like wet dog. Yes, we have a dog, but the house did not smell like that before the cleaning. It began to smell this way that night after the cleaning, and has stayed that way for almost a week. We vacuumed before the cleaning as instructed, and vacuumed afterward as well, and still so much is coming up in the vacuum that should have been taken care of with the cleaning.
I would like to request a full refund as we are highly dissatisfied with the job that was done.
There was a little spot on the carpet in the bedroom that was pretty obvious that I left untouched to see if the carpet cleaning would take care of it. It looks as if it wasn’t even touched. I know that we have a dog, but lots of people have dogs who get their carpets cleaned, there is no way I should be able to run my hand across the carpet, while it was still wet from being cleaned, and still have tons of dog hair coming up.
The Zerorez associate was awesom! So polite and did an exceptional job. He deserves a raise . He even bipassed entering my credit card so I could give him a tip. I didn’t have any cash and wanted to add a tip to the total. He just said, “that’s ok”.

My carpets look great and the customer service was great as well.
We had our carpets and ventilation system cleaned. The service people were very friendly, explained the process before starting and answered all of my questions.
The services were completed quickly and efficiently. My carpets were dry in just a few hours!
One of the service people (he was very tall) offere yo change a lightbulb in the ceiling for me!

When I call zero rest to come clean my carpets I was concerned about a pet smell they were telling me about the pet treatment which I wanted. When it came down to the cleaning I did not get the pet treatment even though I clearly asked for the pet treatment. When I called back and talked to the operator they let me know that I did not get the pet treatment. But offered to come out for an additional fee to redo that using their pet treatment. I am unhappy that I was not taken care of the right way the first time. And even less happy that I was not given a way to make it right.
