The technicians explained what they were going to do and how they would do it gave me an upfront price of what the service would cost. I’m very pleased with the way. My couch and loveseat turned out after cleaning as well as the carpets. They were very dirty and they look brand new thank you guys.

Jake from Zerorez came and did a really great job, was in and out in a relatively quick amount of time, considering we have a small house. We do have a rather off-putting chemical smell now when the AC kicks on, but thats to reduce/kill any existing/future mold or other bad things living in the duct work, so we're okay with it.

The technician, Nathan, was amazing! He was informative and did a fantastic job. If need to use your service again, I will be requesting him.

My ducts didn’t get cleaned. I went through with a regular shop vac and vacuumed them out myself and there was still a lot of debris in the ducts after you “cleaned them out”!

Technicians were very professional. Communicated with me about concerns and gave me options. Work was done quickly and carpets look great. Highly recommend.

Service tech arrived at time scheduled, very helpful and professional, carpets look great. After carpet dried, one old stain was still visible but I was advised of that possibility and told to call back to try another remedy.

Services were explained before starting and very helpful staff. Overall services were completely and we were very happy with the final outcome. Suggestions were explained and what benefits would be if applied.

Cleaning was not effective or thorough. I asked for a refund or partial refund but it was denied. It has been difficult to reschedule a time for a re-clean. I am not satisfied and won’t recommend to family or friends.

I went for the 3 room special that was approximately 175 and when all services were completed I ended up paying over 400 I was in shock. Just hoping it was worth it now. Time will tell
