The entire Zerorez team was great from start to finish. They called me the morning of the cleaning and provided a few more updates throughout the day so that I knew when to expect them. Nathan was a pro and did a great job cleaning our couch after our two year old had a little accident. Highly recommend!
I want a company to come in and get the job done asap without constant chatter of trying to convince you of their abilities and their knowledge of the job..good grief I get it. It was absolutely obnoxious. Was so thankful this job was done..not impressed.

I had a couch cleaned. First off I was surprised that the technician did not wear shoe cover booties intro the house, I have a white carpet the couch sits on. Second when he started to pretreat the sofa he was over spraying on to the pictures behind the sofa.. I hurried and got them off the ledge to dry them off. I also had to go get a plastic carpet protector for the rug so it didn’t get wet or dirty.
He was very nice and felt bad.
Make sure to clean up and put back things where they belong after vent cleaning .
Our technician went well out of his way to ensure our carpet was cleaned and sanitized. He worked many long hard hours, and this was an especially difficult job since we had a situation with our cat.
My carpets look great! Dried fast too . Very professional knowledgeable and efficient . I would call and request Gabe again when I need something done . He is a hard worker and friendly

The carpet was well lived in and the technicians did an outstanding job removing the many stains as we as a yearlong family usage.
Customer service is incredible from the operators to the carpet cleaners and everyone I spoke with in between !!! Prices are literally shockingly low!! And the work you do is amazing!!! Zerorez really stood out to me because now days your very lucky to get one of these things from a business so experiencing all this from one business. Ya impressive !! That would be my summary.
