Quality service
We've used ZeroRez to clean our office carpets every year and are happy with the results and customer service every time.
Appointment was between 12 and 4 which seems like a big stretch. I waited anyway and got a call at noon saying they were running late and woul be here at 2 or 2:30. At 4:15 I called because they close at 4 and no one had came. Waiting ask day with your furniture in other rooms and no cancelation was unacceptable. He showed up at 5:00 pm. When he went over the quote, they had lied about what the cost entailed. The entire reason for them coming was pet stain and odor removal but my quote all of a sudden didn't include that.
When he left, more stains appeared. Brown streak marks from the cleaner. I had to clean by hand and the stains and odor is still there.

I am SOOOO disappointed with the service this time…last time was great, as was technician…this time NO WAY! For starters he left his car just running in our street, blocking it, and barreled in here to use the bathroom…that was weird…then when i didn’t want my $200 estimated cleaning go to his upsell of $800, i feel like i got crappy service…and he said he was done and hadn’t even done the master bedroom…but he made sure i signed his form that my carpet may look dirtier than before cleaning…never had that last time either…i just wanted the darn carpets CLEANED…some parts i feel actually look dirtier, and his hose leaked crappy ick water all over my wood floors that i then had to clean up…the whole thing, total disaster if you ask me…and i’m MAD as can be that i spent $300 on that!!!! I went around with my own spray bottle of carpet cleaner this morning trying to make them look better…definitely lost a customer…
We were very satisfied with our service by ZeroRez. We had excellent communication with Rosi and Roberto in the office. They answer promptly, they respond carefully to answer all my questions, and they provide all the information and assistance I need.
The cleaning tech Jacob was prompt, professional and very courteous. He explained the service very thoroughly, he did a great job cleaning the carpets, and he touched up an area to ensure that I was satisfied prior to finishing.
We have 26 year old carpets that hadn’t had a thorough cleaning in ten years, and had quite a bit of stains. The carpets now look like new, it is sooo nice!! Thank you for your excellent service!!
