You do a very good job!

I had a couch cleaned. First off I was surprised that the technician did not wear shoe cover booties intro the house, I have a white carpet the couch sits on. Second when he started to pretreat the sofa he was over spraying on to the pictures behind the sofa.. I hurried and got them off the ledge to dry them off. I also had to go get a plastic carpet protector for the rug so it didn’t get wet or dirty.
He was very nice and felt bad.

Make sure to clean up and put back things where they belong after vent cleaning .

Our technician went well out of his way to ensure our carpet was cleaned and sanitized. He worked many long hard hours, and this was an especially difficult job since we had a situation with our cat.

My carpets look great! Dried fast too . Very professional knowledgeable and efficient . I would call and request Gabe again when I need something done . He is a hard worker and friendly

Customer service is incredible from the operators to the carpet cleaners and everyone I spoke with in between !!! Prices are literally shockingly low!! And the work you do is amazing!!! Zerorez really stood out to me because now days your very lucky to get one of these things from a business so experiencing all this from one business. Ya impressive !! That would be my summary. Great tech in Gage. He explained everything well. I love the protectant. I had it done last time and it really helped the carpet stay cleaner. So, I had it done again this time. Love zerorez.

Clean products no soap

We had Brandon and Brandon (I think) and they did a great job-very helpful and explained things thoroughly and had some tips for us as well.

1) I love that my carpet is cleaned using high heat and Zero harmful chemicals, I have fur babies and grandkids and being able to play on the floor is very important to my family.
2) Scheduling and appointment was super easy.
3) The technicians were so friendly and efficient.
4) I will always use Zerorez if given the opportunity.
