Finally got the urine smell out of my carpet

I was very appreciative that Zerorez was able to respond to an emergency call in a very timely manner. Nick, the technician was very concientous, polite and proficient. Our pet had become ill and soiled a light color carpet, Rosie, the customer service agent took the call and between her and Nick had our carpets cleaned without a stain remaining within 2 hours.

There was a lot of adding and confusing pricing. I was told three different prices and a 4th one at the end of all the work. I wasn’t told about any type of specials. For making 300$ for just 30 minutes of work sounds right to you?

24 hours later and our carpet was still damp.

The tech that came out was super nice and very fast. We have two dogs and three teenage boys. Our carpets take a beating and your cleaning did a phenomenal job getting the stains and smells out!! Thanks a bunch!

Only had two rooms and the stairs cleaned this time. The biggest plus is the drying time. The bedroom carpets are dark colors, so cleaning doesn't really show, but our stairs are light and clean. All spots are gone.

Very professional and they did a very good job

Our experience with the tech was positive. The carpet in the master bedroom, however, was damp and had an unpleasant odor, so we placed bowls of vinegar around the room to absorb some of the odor. I was expecting your service to use little water and leave little water behind. I am disappointed with the smell that has lingered in the master bedroom.

I have already discussed this with them.

Roberto was extremely professional and explained each step in the cleaning process. He worked hard to bring our pet urine stained carpets back to their previous clean state. This process was expensive but worth it to us to not have to re-carpet our office and guest rooms. He suggested away for us to spot clean the carpet if the dogs should have additional accidents.

Good price except extra treatments or room should cost less. Technician did a hood job. Would recommend for the basic cleaning.

Overpriced when capet. Cleaner care back he argued with me about redoing a small area saying it would look the same after he went over it with just water and extracted it. When he finally agreed to do it lt looks a lot better. I realize my carpet was very dirty but there should not be streaks of dirt 5 to 6 feet long where the the water was not extracted evenly. Next time I will use a different company I shouldn't have to pay over 700 dollars and have streaks in my carpet with no guarantee. Sorry but you asked so I gave you my opinion.

The techs are usually friendly and explain what they are going to do and why before they start. The price is also discussed ahead of time as well. It doesn’t always get the carpet spot free and new looking but it always looks a lot better than it did before they started.

I like that you do a great job, your on time and your people are always courteous.

We have always used Zerorez and have always been happy with the work that is done.

Jordan, our technician did an outstanding job getting our light carpet clean. We appreciate all his work on the high traffic areas and pet stains. The fact our carpet was not soaking wet was a plus also.
