My carpets turned out amazingly cleaning and the technicians were wonderful!

Poor communication. Didn’t get a 15min heads up so tech was already at the house. He must not have wanted to wait for my realtor to come with the keys to get into the house because after 5 mins of waiting he just left. Didn’t say why. Said another tech was on their way but that was NOT true. Another tech showed up 45mins later. I don’t know how the carpets turned out because I wasn’t able to stay.

Zerorez came to my house and worked extra hard to remove pet urine from my guest room carpet. The smell was so bad that all I could do was shut the door and not use that room any more. I thought about ripping up the whole carpet but I had just bought the carpet less than a year ago. That is when I called zerorez. With their professional service and quality products they were able to remove the urine smell and I am happy to report that I moved the furniture back into the guest room and I am able tonuse it again. Thank you zerorez for your diligence in getting my carpet clean and beautiful again.

I have used this company for years. They are dependable and do a great job! Products and services are offered but not pushed upon you. They demonstrated how the carpet protection product works for me as well. Invoice and payment is done when they have finished the job before they leave. Nice job!

The service person was nice friendly however the cleaning was not a good job. The heavy traffic area was left just as dirty as it was before came. If I was a crying person I would have cried about the stairs which paid a lot more for. We left the house so could dry. It was a mess. The first time had zerorex they did a great job not this time. Sad not happy at all with job. Never again will use

The technician was very friendly. I showed him the rooms I wanted cleaned. He went and got the equipment and started cleaning the carpets. He told me it would take about an hour, however it took about 45 minutes. The rooms were small. After he finished, he told me the cost and how long it would take to dry. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
