The carpet cleaning gets done with good results and without overly wet carpet. The carpet dries within 6 to 8 hours. The technician was courteous and professional.

The first time I had you guys out my rugs looked great afterwards. This time the tech was here maybe 45 minutes from setup to takedown and they don’t even really look like they were cleaned. The first time the tech pre treated some areas and showed me the difference when he started cleaning. I feel the rugs easily could have been cleaner as the discoloration is just from normal walking areas no spills or anything other than a dusty dog laying in some areas. I spent two hours moving furniture and vacuuming and like I said he was here 45 minutes total

Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The carpets were amazing after his work. Much needed clean.

Quoting $230 and then after walking through and "recommending" treatments that bring the cost to $670, it is a business model that is a turn off to me. You got in my house and now you are not only up selling but are completely unreasonable. The guy did a good job and I don't blame him, I blame the business model.

I hate to give such a low rating. But, we had carpet and tile done. The carpet turned out great. The tile, not so much. The person who came admitted that tile wasn't his strong suit. He was running late, so I think it was done very quickly. There are about 3 inches from the wall that weren't touched, so you can imagine, the color of the grout varies greatly. We will use you again, but I will request someone who knows how to do tile and grout.

Very pleased with Nick. Will be requesting Nick for all future carpet services with Zerorez.
