Brandon was very professional & efficient.
No residue, thorough cleaning, lots of options for cleaning and deep cleaning.
My carpets look excellent. And the technician, was wonderful! The number of times the appointment was changed during the day was frustrating however.
Zerorez was able to come to my home quickly and remove the stain from my carpet. The technician was very courteous.

I like that there is no residue left behind. My carpet is soft, not crunchy. And always a friendly person both on the phone when scheduling, and at my home with the carpet cleaner. Always nice , efficient, and reasonably priced.

Tge employee seemed to take longer to setup, talk on his phone, and talk to me then clean the carpet. Carpet does not appear to be cleaned well. Last year the Employee did a thorough, complete job. I will not be booking further appointments with Zerorez.

Very good tech and long term stains are now gone!
Products seem to get all the dog potty stain out!! The serviceman was on time, and did a great job!! About 2 hours later I had another issue with carpet stain!! Just before the Holiday! I put an urgent call in - and the service man returned that day to help me!! Great service!!!!
Brandon did a great job! The carpets are clean again and dry in a much shorter time.

Got my living room and dining room carpets cleaned the other day. I've had really good, consistent service from Zerorez. Nathan checked the carpets beforehand and pre-treated some areas. Did a nice job - carpets look wonderful!

No residue! The carpet looks so good.
Very good experience. The appointment was easy to schedule online. The Technician that was scheduled for us called out ill that morning but the dispatcher called me before my appointment to let me know they were working on another option and that it would be later than originally anticipated but the new Technician still arrived within my preferred window. Once on site he was extremely professional. Showed me what he was seeing in our carpets and ran through the pros and cons of the three different options that were available to treat the stains. We went with the "mid" option and the carpets came out very nice.Overall was very pleased with the experience and will use them again in the future.
