I had a couple stains in old carpet that I hoped would be removed, but I understand you all are not miracle workers.
Technician was courteous and friendly. He was on time. His suggestions were helpful. The sale price was great.
My sectional has leftover lines on it after drying. Some of the lines are not rubbing out of the couch. My carpets are clean and happy with them

Carpets are cleaned in a healthier way and they always look great. Most areas of concern get stains pulled out of carpet.

There is still 1 very large spot on my carpet that feels crunchy from something like coffee being spilled. We have lifeproof carpet and it should have no trouble coming out. Can we have this addressed? The room is still empty
